    Our guide, Irina was terrific. She was both knowledgeable and engaged by the subject. She also professionally assisted us in navigating the crowds outside the exhibit.

    The tour guide Eva brought all of the works to life. We loved how she described the sculpting. It was incredible. She was so knowledgeable and clear at explaining the history and methodology.

    Irina was an incredible guide. She knew all the history of Michelangelo and his works. Seeing David and the stories behind his creation, meaning and moves made of the statue before arriving at the museum, was incredibly interesting.

    Irena was absolutely wonderful! We got so much more out of this experience than we would have on our own! Skipping the lines is a must - on this day the line to get in was over two hours long. Excellent information, funny and engaging, we loved this tour!

    Accademia Gallery is a small museum but the guided tour is a must. Our guide Irina, took us through and explained everything leading up to and including the David. She kept our boys (11 &13) fully engaged and we all learned so much of not only Michelangelo, but also the art of the time.

    Irina was an incredible guide - so knowledgeable, enthusiastic, & engaging. We really enjoyed the progression from plaster model to incomplete statues to beautiful David. Incorporating iPad images brought Michelangelo’s methods & experiences to life for us. Grazie mille!

    The statue of David, of course. But our guide was also a high point. She was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. I enjoyed the tour more so because of her.

    Irina was the very best guide we have ever experienced while traveling. She is punctual, knowledgable, and very easy to interact with. I would recommend her to all family and friends. Definitely an asset to the tourist industry.

    Our tour guide, Irina, was excellent. She asked us if we wanted to change our tour to an earlier time slot, which we did, and to our surprise we had a private tour with her. Her tour was amazing. Besides seeing David almost to ourselves, Irina was very knowledgeable about Michelangelo and the carving and details of David. She answered all our questions and was very pleasant. The tour was amazing!

    Irina was great! She helped us navigate a tricky to visit museum. She had technology to help us… headsets for listening and a tablet to show us photos and diagrams that were important for historical background. She was very knowledgeable and really helped us to appreciate the art in the museum… culminating of course with the statue of David.

    Irons our tour guide was fantastic. Her knowledge of the tour was outstanding. A lot of extra info that she took the time to put together was a real plus. One of the best Viator tours I’ve ever taken.

    Our tour guide was knowledgeable, understood our knowledge level, outgoing,and friendly. You also really need a ticket with a guide in order to get and out in a timely manner.

    Irina was the best tour guide. She spent an hour talking about Michelangelo, his story, the history of the creation of David, illustrating her points with pictures and photos on her Ipad. Not a word was wasted, it was all pure gold! She clearly loves the statue, Michelangelo and what they mean to Florence, that was communicated clearly. Looking at other tour guides, as I said, she did not waste any words so everything was clear and relevant. She used an Ipad rather than phone to show us additional pictures so it was easier to see, her audio equipment worked great so we could hear and understand her clearly. We loved this tour, and now love the statue of David -

    Irina was a fantastic tour guide. She met us out front, quickly bypassed the long line and began our tour. She captured our attention the entire time and offered far more information and facts than I ever knew about the history behind the David. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting!
