Tour guide was good, but this felt like a scam. Not skip the line and we were handed off to a different company to actually do the tour.

Viator is only a platform like Booking.com, offering you many choices of different tour operators. You were not handed off to a different company. Few crowds; unobstructed views

I was pleasantly surprised by how informative this tour was. Our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and we learned a mixture of art history, Florence history and we really got an in depth education about the statue of David. We learned about its significance and symbolism and our guide even pointed out small details that we never would have otherwise noticed. He was humorous as well as captivating. Seeing and standing in front of The David was extraordinary. The tour was bogged down by too many people. It was a mob scene. We waited a long time to enter although the skip the line feature did help.

Very well conducted tour. The organisers were effective in organising the group and timely with commencement. The guide Sandro was extremely knowledgeable on the artworks within the museum, he was very enthusiastic and had the group engaged the entire time of the tour. All those who commenced finished the tour due to the superb narrative of Sandro. I visited the museum to see the statue of David, and saw so much more art contained in the museum. Highly recommend this tour and the tour guide Sandro.

Perfect time to see the David. Not crowded and easy to get inside. The tour got a bit long and the bathroom facilities aren’t ideal but they do have them in the building.
