    Magda was our tour guide and she did a wonderful job of walking us through the Underground Museum while giving us additional background information and directing us to the most important and more interesting parts of the collection.

    The streets and walls from the 13 hundreds And all the artifacts found there. I also enjoyed the explanation of the burning of Krakow.
    Walk through by yourself, don't get a guide.

    Could have done the tour without a guide and got way more information. The tour was supposed to be 2 hours. It lasted 1 hour 15 minutes. Paid a lot for a guided tour and the tour guide didn't speak enough English to teach us much. They skipped past whole parts of the exhibits. Overall disappointed in the guided part. The museum itself was lovely and well planned out.

    Adrian was very thorough (knew the answer of seedy question we asked), he kept us engage. In the end we were given the choice of whether we want to stay and visit the videos or go through the exit. I wanted to watch the video out of all the people there and I was allowed to watch the videos from time capsule while he took everyone else the route they preferred. Highly recommend. Have done 3 different excursion through the company and I would highly recommend them.

    Whilst you can do the underground museum yourself it was useful getting the history, facts and being shown the highlights. The guide was very good. There was enough time once the tour was over to have a look round yourself if you wanted.

    Fairly average trip. There were undoubtedly some interesting exhibits. Guide was OK but a little dull. Probably best done self guided!

    This museum was very interesting and cool! The tour guide was great, but I think a lot of the information we learned was also info we could have read about while walking through the museum on our own. There were English explanations for all the exhibits we saw. The group was very large so it was sometimes hard to hear our guide well (the microphone/headset had a little bit of a delay) and see the displays. I would recommend this tour for guests who like having things verbally explained, but if you don't mind reading and want to spend a bit more time viewing the displays close up, it may be better for you to explore the museum on your own. :)

    Very interesting museum and excellent tour guide. The lady on the entrance desk was not very welcoming however. It was a very cold day so we waited inside for our guide to arrive and she made us feel very unwelcome.

    Would recommend the museum. Just not with the guide. You don't learn much from the guide that you can't read yourself. And it'll cost about 30% of the price.
