Journey to the former Jewish district of Kazimierz and hop out to stroll the streets, now home to monuments, synagogues, and kosher restaurants. Learn why Steven Spielberg chose this area to depict the Jewish ghetto of Podgorze in ‘Schindler’s List.’ Traveling further back into history, hear how the revered rabbi Moses Isseries, known as Remuh, taught here in the 16th century.

Great tour
Pam_A, May 2024
The guide was so enthusiastic. Loved Schindler’s factory!! So tragic but an amazing tour and learnt so much
Great tour with excellent guide
jessica_w, May 2024
Guide was extremely informative and knowledgeable. We had a small group for the walking tour but this did increase in size as more people joined us a Schindler’s factory. I would say this is the only downside.
Outstanding Tour Guide
Jay_R, Apr 2024
The tour guide was extremely knowledgeable, made friends, and tried to include everyone on the tour. She is very personable, and you can tell she does the tours with a deep sense of importance to sure people what happened.
Very interesting tours but factory tour should have less in the group
georgemartyn_s, Apr 2024
Very interesting and formative tour with excellent guide although tour of Schindler's factory had too many of us.( Kazimierz 6 people whereas factory tour approx 15 to 20 )
A tour not to be missed
Anne_G, Apr 2024
We had a marvellous guide in Barbara she was so informative and friendly It was a small group size(8) which made asking questions so easy and personal Particularly around Schindlers factory We then had a tour of the Ghetto area which opened our eyes on how the Jews were really treated by the Nazis there and she was able to tell us many stories of individual families It’s all very emotional but well worth it
A packed and detailed tour
Nathan_W, Apr 2024
Enthusiastic host! Really detailed guide that gets you deep into the grit of pre German Krakow and during the occupation and subsequent horrors. I highly recommend this tour as it helps you understand the full timeline of events.
Learn Jewish culture.
Michael_F, Apr 2024
An informative short walk by a very knowledgeable guide. A very old part of krakow that not only had a long past but recently was involved in a recent event.
Don’t Give your money to these. There will be better groups than this.
David_D, Apr 2024
I get well on time for the meeting, but there were loads of people. It would have been helpful that the Guide would have raised that they were on the tour as an ENGLISH speaking group. No I was thinking “Where is my Group ?”. But NO there was no idea that this view should be recognised. So I went away frustrated, disappointed and let down.
Great value for money
Myy_S, Mar 2024
My husband and I had a good time and learned a lot on this tour! The tour is 3,5h long so make sure you have good shoes for walking.
Wonderful Tour
Rene_G, Mar 2024
Helen was such a wonderful host/guide. Really friendly and so knowledable. Only thing I would say is to set aside approx. 5 hours for the tour. The Musuem is PACKED.
Jewish quarter review
A_K, Feb 2024
We did the tour with Dominilka and she was was amazing. She had so much knowledge rg the history of Poland and the tour that we did which made the experience special. The only downside was that the Schindler's factory was very crowed when we did it but there is nothing the tour operator can do about it. Learned a lot, definitely recommend it.
Fantastic tour
Hayley_W, Feb 2024
Phil was absolutely brilliant, very knowledgeable and a lovely person ❤️ enjoyed our tour thoroughly and the church was astonishing⁹
Insightful tour through Kazimierz and Schindler’s factory
Mario_F, Jan 2024
The first part of the tour was through the Kazimierz Jewish quarter and our guide was very knowledgeable. Speed of the walk was perfect. We did the tour during rain, but it did not bother us much as there is so much to see and learn, and part of the walk was inside a synagogue, which was a very nice experience. The tour continued with a visit to Schindler’s factory. There were a lot of people but having our guide made it easy to have a focused tour in a relatively short time frame. If time permits, I would recommend a second visit to the museum afterwards, but the tour guide already explains a lot of what there is to see. Overall a highly recommended tour.
Interesting tour with a great guide
Nick_G, Dec 2023
Interesting tour with a brilliant guide. The area was very busy with other tours, but a nice relaxed pace

I really enjoyed this tour as it is important to learn about the Jewish Quarter and how life was back then before the Nazis invaded Poland. I enjoyed the factory and walking tour to hear all about the history! Highly recommend!
Friendly and informative
David_N, Oct 2023
Our guide Joanna was excellent guide. She knew her stuff and put it over in a friendly and informative way. The tour itself was very educational and I'd thoroughly recommend it.
