Price was ok but got attitude

Was yelled at in public for not replying to an email to confirm the pick up time. This info should have been sent to the rep at time of booking. Other guests in the same transfer were yelled at for coming out late for their flights and having too much luggage. Was told off for canceling the transfer from fco to the port. Overall, not a great experience.

Hello, first of all, you never reply at my emails asking the name of the ship and time of pick up , i don t understand why you thought i can dream of it, for a travel agent you should have know that info are essential, your answer that you didn t have wifi on the ship let me speachless, like i am supposed to search for you in front of all 4or 5 ships in the port ... second , you booked a shared transfer that was supposed to be for minimum 2 pers and you payied only for one pers, i didn t charge you more third , i didn t yell at you or anyone , i just told you is not normal not to send any information til the day of the transfer when you send a message you were out of the ship!!! people looose planes for that , you know? than is me getting a bad review...

We went early had lunch and went to do our tour. They had no one to take us …. Wasted the entire day 👎 no chance todo it again as we have the underground tour of the Colosseum tomorrow, and Wednesday is a holiday so the Vatican is closed
