The scenery was amazing and the guide was very helpful taking photos of us. The rest stops were clean and timely.
Memorable tour of Death Valley
Kevin_L, Apr 2024
This tour was memorable. Jason, our guide, was easy going and fun to be around. He was very knowledge about many National Parks in the West, not just Death Valley. You don't just get to see the sunset and stars, you will visit many locations in Death Valley during the day. If you get a message warning of a full moon during your visit making stargazing more difficult, I would recommend you do not cancel. The tour more than stands on it own without perfect stargazing conditions. And props to the organizers for warning us in advance!
Best guide - best places - best safety

Jason was the best guide you can imagine. Communication before the start was already excellent. I always felt safe in the car. Jason knows every spot in Death Valley and had lots of interesting stories to tell. He had an answer to every question. He helped me to fulfill my dream.
Beautiful landscape and amazing tourguide

We had great time at Death Valley. Jack was very helpful and took beautiful photo for us. Our favourite is the starry starry moment...Amazing!
Best getaway trip during my time at Vegas!
Cynth_B, Apr 2024
It was an incredible experience especially at the Dante’s Point. The tour guide was a really nice, friendly and humorous person, and I could see his effort to accommodate everyone’s needs. For example, he helped the old grandma each and every time when she got in and out of the van, he always took the initiative and offered to take pictures for each and every person in the group while suggesting poses and ideas for family group, individual, and couples. It was a pleasant experience and the our entire group was also diversified. At the end of the trip, the sky was a bit cloudy and it was also windy at the original location where we suppose to take pictures and look up for the stars, so the tour guide suggested us to another campground spot which eventually made it happen! He even taught us to take great pictures of the sky full of stars.
Amazing day - book the trip!

What an absolutely fantastic day! From the moment I booked the tour communication was great. Jack picked me up promptly and we were lucky with only 4 of us on the tour. Jack was a brilliant guide, informative and funny which just made the day even better. He gave us plenty of time at each location and was also a great photographer, taking photos without even being asked. Thoroughly recommend this tour - Death Valley is just breathtaking.
Jack was the most AMAZING Tour Guide!!! 100% Recommend this tour!
Kimberly_M, Apr 2024
Jack was by far, the BEST tour guide I have ever had!!!!!!!! The day started out rainy and cloudy. Kind of disappointing but not much you can do about Mother Nature. Jack never gave up hope that we could see the points he intended and brought us to the various points based on how the weather was behaving. It stopped raining (YAY!) when we got to our first point - Bad Water. Jack then brought us to places based on cloud cover dissipating etc. He was so excited to show us everything! And his promise that Dante's View would be the best was not wrong! He waited to the right moment so that we'd get to actually see the incredible views!!! I would absolutely recommend this tour to anyone. If I could give it more than 5 stars, I would. Jack was an amazing tour guide and he truly made the trip amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!
Amazing experience!!

Great trip and Jason was an excellent guide. His ability to maneuver the large van in small spaces was quite impressive, and he kept us (including our two teenagers) entertained for the duration of the 11ish hour trip. Jason couldn't control the weather, but he came just about as close as any human could have. Despite his best efforts, the clouds blocked out the stars, but he managed to conjure up a lovely sunset and guided us to the only spot where we could watch it without getting nearly blown away (it was aggressively windy). Jason helped out taking great pictures (and got them to us promptly afterwards!), and made sure we had plenty of water and good bathrooms, and that we stayed on schedule. Death Valley has limited food options (pack food if you want something specific) and even less cell phone reception (a plus for us!), so just be aware of that when booking. Death Valley is something you have to see at least once in your lifetime--it's like nothing else--and Jason is a great tour guide.

It was agreat experience. Jack was a great tour guide and he was very helpful of taking photos of us. Plus he made sure that we will only use the 5star bathroom.
So not worth the money
Grace_G, Mar 2024
First the good. Our tour guide was friendly and eager to please. His van was clean and he was on time. He was a good, safe driver and took the most fantastic pictures of the starry night sky. Those pictures are keepers and stunning. The park itself is amazing and worth every second you can spend in it. But then we get to the bad. I was completely fooled by all the other reviews saying how knowledgeable the guide was. Our guide knew literally nothing about the park. And I do mean NOTHING. We didn’t get any information on its history or the geology or topography of the area. There were no interesting anecdotes or tidbits of a story shared. There was nothing on the Shoshone tribe, who has lived in or near the park for centuries. I and a couple of other folks asked a few questions and each time, his answer was “I don’t know.” I mean basic stuff like when was the park founded. We learned quickly not to ask. I learned more about the park from the three minute video at the visitor center than I did from the guide with whom I spent an eleven hour day. And I had to insist that we get more time at the visitors center so I could actually learn something. It was more than disappointing. The description says professional tour guide. I guess that really means professional driver. For about $900 we (three of us) got a driver, an air conditioned van, and bottled water. I gave the driver (I can’t call him a tour guide) a $40 tip because I know this is his livelihood. But shame on this company for sending folks out with no training or guidelines or information to share with paying customers. Don’t be fooled as I was. Go with some other company for this type of tour. Two stars for the chauffeured drive and the photos of the night sky. (Had the pictures not been taken, it’s a solid one star or less.). The park itself is five star. But drive yourself or go with another tour.
Response from Host, Mar 2024
Hello. Our company strives to communicate smoothly with all guests and share as much information as possible about the tour destination. And we are trying to make the tour fun and safe. However, unfortunately, not all guides have 100% information about the tour destination. A lot of effort is still needed, so I'm studying more about the tour destination. You wanted to know a lot about Death Valley, but our guides cannot share false information with guests, so we teach them to honestly answer what they don't know. We are welcoming many guests. So we're getting a lot of questions. However, we cannot give 100% answers to all questions. Please don't just look at the bad side, but think about the good side. And we hope you will recognize that our company is working hard to provide convenience to our customers. Our company's pick-up criteria is only available for hotels located on the Strip. But your hotel was a hotel off the strip. We went to a distant location to pick you up at your convenience. And you said that you did not recommend our company's tour because you paid a tour fee of about $900 for three people and did not get the information you wanted. However, other guests also took the tour for the same amount, and all reviews were not false and were 100% sincere and pleasant. There were a total of 9 people on the tour that day, and everyone else was satisfied. Our Death Valley tour is a tour where you can see the sunset and stars, so time is very important. But you always returned late at the time set by your guide. So other guests complained to the guide that you were always late. Have you thought about that? I hope that we can understand each other's shortcomings. Thank you.

Jason was an awesome guide. He provided great information and some comedy. He was also our photographer and took some amazing photos for us. Highly recommended if you want to take a break from gambling or partying.
Thoroughly enjoyable experience
Glyn_M, Mar 2024
Artist's Palette was fantastic, the colours and shapes of the rocks formations were beautiful. Our tour guide, Jason was great and he kindly picked us up and took us back to our hotel, although we were off the main strip. He also took great pictures of members of the group especially the time lapse ones under the stars.
Snow and rain in Death Valley
Raymond_L, Mar 2024
The trip started out not so good. It was raining and snowing so we couldn't get to take good photos. But the tour guide, Jack had a positive attitude and the trip got better as the weather cleared. We did see the Starry stars.
