Terrible...

Terrible The Van in which we were traveling was not in a good condition. Has to wait 1 hour for a new car to arrive. We deserved one more hour in Taxco for the wait, and did not get that. Tour to Cuernavaca is not worth it either. Taxco is beautiful, we needed more time there.

The trip was fun. We learned about story Philip of Jesus at Cuernavaca Cathedral, learned about the Church of Santa Prisca in Taxco. Visited interesting silver workshops around the plaza. Jorge is very knowledgeable.

We enjoyed the unhurried stroll on the cobblestone roads of Taxco to see the cathedral and to have lunch in the restaurant. It was a nice diversion from the excitement and hustle bustle of Mexico City. Only two complaints we have. First, the stop at the Cuernavaca to see the church is not worthwhile given it church complex is not impressive and the drive through the city to reach the complex. Second, our tour guide Francisco made long monologues in Spanish to the Spanish speaking guests about the history and culture and for us two only as English speakers he gave a very short explanation.

A rather long day but if you're not going to get to see a colonial town in the other way it's definitely worth it! Taxco is lovely, we had a very nice lunch at a good restaurant, and there's silver everywhere! There was a brief stop in Cuernavaca, just to break up the trip, s saw the main church and 2 side chapels. Ursula does a fantastic job! A very nice day in the mountains of Mexico.

Mexico City was amazing and Taxco was an extra treat; a highly recommended destination.

We had a great day getting out and back from Taxco. The tour was exceptional as was our guide and drive. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The road is a bit windy so if you get motion sickness easily, plan accordingly. Highly recommend.

Great day trip! Cuernavaca is a nice stop and Taxco is absolutely beautiful. The guide and driver were very good. Just be aware, it’s a long day and if you are sitting in the very back of the van, you really feel the bumps in the road.

Taxco a must

Taxco was the best. In my opinion you could skip Curenavaca. It took time away from Taxco. Our guide Jose was great and the bus driver whose name I didn't get was wonderful. This tour picked us up at our home and took us back to our hotel which was a great benefit that I needed, It was a small group of 4 couples which was much better than a big bus full of people

The first problem arose when I tried MANY numerous times to reach the tour company, to no avail. Next the bus/van was uncomfortably hot inside and the driver drove rather scarily fast , all the while selfishly blasting ethnic music. The tour itself ( and the tour guide) were fine and very pleasant. Although a tad bit boring and uneventful. The drive back was excruciating in the warm van , with a noisy Ecuadorian family and the blasting music- it took 4 hours , making a 12 hr grueling trip!

Beautiful city of Taxco

Rocio and Jesus were informative, helpful and kind. They went out of their way to make the experience as comfortable and enjoyable as possible for each of us. My favorite part was our time in Taxco, from the busy zócalo to the views from the Cristo Rey. We enjoyed an amazing rooftop meal at El Atrio, as well. For the time in Cuernavaca, I wish we had made more stops rather than just the cathedral. But overall, I very much enjoyed this trip and I learned a lot.

I thought the tour was nice. Raul the tour guide was very pleasant and informative; his driver was great. I feel that the time in Cuernavaca is a waste. There really wasn't much to do or see in Cuernavaca. Taxco silver jewelry was nice, I bought a few pieces of jewelry ; reasonable prices.

Pros: -El guía fue super puntual, muy amable y nos explicaba todos los datos históricos, algo que valore para elegir este tour fue que se acercarán a tu hotel o punto de salida. -La segunda platería que visitamos fue interesante por la historia que compartieron. -Hay tiempo para caminar y conocer el pueblito, vale la pena perderse por sus callecitas. Cons: -Platicando con los turistas vimos que no tenía sentido hacer una parada en Cuernavaca ya que lo único que se ve es la iglesia podría omitirse. -Teníamos una mayor expectativa con la plática de la platería que nos contarán más historia y en realidad pasas a una mina para compartirte la importancia de comprar en locales que emiten factura/nota diciendo que no compráramos en callejones porque no era plata e ilegal (cuando ellos venden réplicas de pandora o bulgari), pasamos mucho tiempo ahí, para quién compro estuvo padre pero también hay más tiendas con cosas muy lindas que ver. -Nos llevaron al restaurante pero aquí mi recomendación es que elijas tú en google maps donde comer, el lugar fue caro, la comida no muy buena y además te ponen la propina dentro de la cuenta como obligatorio. Omitiendo la parada en Cuernavaca, visitar una mina o que tenga más historia y no enfocado a venta y elegir tu lugar para comer y dar recomendaciones, el tour lo hubiera evaluado con 5/5

Tudo corrido demais, prometem a cidade da prata mas não te deixam comprar nada fora da loja que "indicam", super cara. O almoço também num restaurante caro, que não aceita cartão e ruim, só a vista é bonita. O tempo livre prometido não existe e você fica refém deles para o roteiro. Além de tudo, sempre achei que os passeios aqui eram mais caros, mas desta vez foi um absurdo, mais de cinco vezes mais caros, comprando no local seria extremamente mais em conta. Definitivamente não recomendaria
