Entire experience was exceptional! The driver met us as we walked out the airport security door and the vehicle was parked right outside the door. Vehicle was very comfortable. We had a lot of big bags as my daughter was moving to Milan for school and there was no problem handling all 10 of our bags! Great experience!

We transit at Frankfurt from sfo and was stuck for 8 hours because of the weather conditions there. We keep on calling the driver advising him of the update ETA. Our flight was delayed for 5 hours and unexpectedly found the driver waiting for us at the arrival hall. The driver’s name was Massimo.

Our driver was not just prompt but early. The gentleman was older which made our experience so enjoyable. He opened the doors for us and made sure we were comfortable. With everyone driving and riding in Paris like their ass is on fire, he was a pleasant driver.

So apparently it was a Italian or Milanese holiday. The owner came and picked us up. He was good enough to call as soon as our plane landed to let us know where he was going to meet us. Instead of being a suit and holding a cute little sign with our names on it like they had promised to do, He was in a blue golf shirt and eating a slushy, which he offered to buy us one. He was very little help loading the luggage, as he explained he has , or had broken ribs. There was a few other comments he made that was probably inappropriate in regard to other drivers but I won’t include that in this. I will say the car was nice and clean, and he was on time.
