Excellent overview of the history of the Italian fashion industry. Our tour guide explained all of the amazing fabrics and how and why they are used in various garments.

My guide provided the most amazing tour of the elite fashion leaders of Milan. I was privileged to see the super glamorous dresses and gowns, the exquisite leather goods, perfume supplier and on. She has worked in the industry for top names and knows everyone. She shared her knowledge about the Italian silk, cashmere and vicuña. This is totally worth your time and money!

We just did the Milano Fashion Tour, with Paola. What an exceptional experience. She knew the designers, the differences in type of materials used, the differences in tailoring, history and background of the fashion shops. We were invited to peruse some of the shops and get a first hand appreciation of what was behind the brand name, all the time being guided by Paola. While touring she also pointed out interesting piazzas, with delightful, hidden history and restaurants. All of the tour was exceptional and very impressive for all we learned first hand. Paola is the one you need to ask for, to do this tour with...very charming and exceptionally well informed about so many things Italian and in particular in the fashion area of Milan. The experience was great! Miryam did a great job of explaining key points about the Milan Fashion Industry, we could have listened to her for even more time. We saw some key stores including a men's tailor where the shop owners took time to explain points.

Paola was an amazing guide. We had requested her to take us to exclusive Italian jewelry showrooms and garment outlets where we could buy products at affordable rates. She told us about the history and upcoming trends in the fashion industry of Milan. Overall, the trip was one of a kind, and we would recommend people interested in fashion try it out definitely.

If you want to see a small selection of the most elegant shops, this is a great tour! I may have taken too much time in each otherwise I would have seen more. My guide (name I don’t remember) is well trained in the field and full of information.
High end tour of two boutiques only

This was a disappointing tour. The tour did not match the description other than I was taken to two high end boutiques to gain an understanding of Made in Italy. We did visit an atelier which was a good insight but there were no reasonably priced stores or outlets visited! Tour had a good background in fashion but tour definitely wasn't what I was expecting.

We always try to make sure you have the best experience proposing different ateliers, boutiques and outlets matching our clients requests. We tried to figure out what happened during your tour with our guides: they assured us that they suggested to you (as they always do) an outlet visit during the Fashion Tour. They understood that you were not interested in visiting an Outlet (the only way to see a place with reasonable prices in Milano Fashion District). Unfortunately shop prices in Montenapolene are High Fashion prices as in every fashion district in Italy. We are sorry for this misunderstanding but we hope you enjoyed the tour anyway. My wife loves fashion so I thought I would give her this special gift...a PRIVATE Fashion tour of one of the top 3 fashion centers of the world. It turned out to be perfect. We extended the time to 3 hours! Our guide, Antonella, was magnificent! She customized the tour to accommodate our wishes while sharing local shopping pearls. She is quite artistic and her taste in fashion is impeccable. She became our friend and consultant !!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
