Our guide Antonio was excellent, it was our first time to try Segway but because of him the experience was most safe and memorable. We got overall idea about Milan central district, all monuments, where to shop, to eat and to hangout in Milano .

This was an excellent tour! Our main guide, I can’t remember his name, was a slender Italian man with a goatee, was great. The day was rough. It was raining and freezing, but he still pushed on and we had a great time. So all the sites and got to admire a lot of Milano. I lost my wallet, and they tried to help me find it. And then miraculously - someone found it and gave it back to me! Anyway, it was great, my whole family loved it.

Luigi was great. Very considerate of other road and pavement users. Felt very safe even though I hadn't segwayed before. We wre able to cover so much of the city and it was great to see both the old and the new.

Daniele was a great guide in Milano, knowledge and entertaining. The city is very Segway friendly thanks to the bike lanes and good sidewalks. All the sites we were led to were very interesting. We used Fat Tire Segway Tours in Paris in 2010, so did not hesitate to book again with them for this trip.

Hi Petra, I am truly sorry that you were disappointed with your experience with us. Our 3 hour morning Segway tour is €69 per person, the 2.5 hour Night Segway Tour is €65 per person and our 2 hour afternoon tour is €59 per person. You booked a private tour, which is considerably more expensive because you get the guide to yourself and we are unable to fill up the group. I am very happy that you enjoyed the guide!
