Amalfi Coast tour

It was a great tour. The tour guide arrived on time and the air conditioned van was very comfortable. We got to spend enough time at each location with still leaving enough time for the next stop. It was beautiful and worth the money.

Tour operator left us stranded when our ship arrived late and wouldn't issue refud

Our ship arrived late, and therefore we couldn't make it on time for the tour. But we were there! We were hoping that the tour operator would have kept tabs on the ship and when it arrived. Surely this is a common occurrence? And if they depended on cruise ship passengers, they should have been checking the scheduled arrivals for their guests. When we called the operator using a taxi driver's cell phone, they said they waited for us for 45 minutes and that they tried to contact us. We didn't get a single call from them and we couldn't call because of issues with our service. So they left without us --- had they checked with the ship, they would have known what the issue was. They decided we were no shows, and refused to refund even a portion of what we paid! Terrible, terrible experience!

Disorganized Tour - They need to improve

The tour was very disorganized overall. We saw Positano and spend some time in Sorrento end Pompeii. Everything was fine until we got to Pompeii. We wasted a lot of time in line to buy a ticket ( what I think should be provided in advance), there was a wheelchair guy in the tour and we had to constantly carry him around because Pompeii is an archeologic site and not much Handicap Friendly - that took so much time that we couldn't enjoy Pompeii and we got to our Cruise Ship 30 min late and almost lost it. I am only giving them a few stars because our driver Daniel was great driver ( he made everything he could to get us to our ship) and the tour guide Danielle was funny and knowledgeable.

Dear John, The tour took place exactly how it's explained on our page. As it clearly states: Tickets to Pompeii are not included, hence it's up to you to provide to them. We are sorry for you if you felt discomfort from sharing the tour with disabled people. Pompeii after all is an ancient city, but still during the years the staff has tried to adapt it the best possible. Luckily our tours are open to ANYONE, so our staff always tries to give the best support to everyone.

Confusing directions

The tour was fine. But the directions for the pick up place was do confusing! We end up making everyone late. There was no place that it said take a shuttle to the pick up place

Three great stops !

This was a great tour with guide Danni & driver Daniel. We hit a little hiccup, an accident along the only road to Positano, which got us stuck in 2 hours of standstill traffic. It shortened our stops, but nothing that could be controlled. Danni made it fun by getting to know people on our bus, making jokes and talking about the history of Naples. She was passionate and knowledgeable. When we got to Pomeii, we had a guide waiting for us (Miriam) who was also amazing - we had a physically handicapped person with us and she was very respectful accommodating as well. Daniel was a superstar driver, as those roads can NOT be easy to drive a tour bus on but he did a great job. And Danni made the ride enjoyable.

Worth the trip

Very fun tour. Drive Francesco did amazing getting us around safely. Jade our guide, very patient and knowledgeable. We had a really good time tasting the lemonchello in Sorrento. We arrived back at ship with plenty of time. Highly recommend

Pompei, Sorrento was very interesting however we were absolutely gutted that the trip said you visited “Pompei, Sorrento and POSITANO”. However we visited a view point way outside the city and we NEVER entered Positano. Really spoilt the day, had we of know we would of used a different tour operator. Our tour guides English was also limited with a very strong accent which made it difficult to understand at times. Tour was also 35 minutes late collecting us due to traffic….. is this not normal for an 8.30am pick up??

Not what I expected

We did a lot of driving and just looked at places from afar. Having to pay for admission to Pompeii was surprising. If you didn’t want to go into the ruins, there was nothing else to do. No shopping, etc.. I would not recommend this tour. The only thing that was good about the tour was the tour guide, Daniela. She was fabulous!!

We had a wonderful day siteseeing. The your was relaxed and casual with plenty of time to do your own thing at your own pace. It was a lovely taste of the sites in a small group with a very knowledgeable and fun guide. Totally recommend.

Antonio was a great tour guide. He knew the area very well so we learned a lot. He gave us plenty of time to see the cities. Pompeii is huge, so plan a separate trip there if you want to see the whole thing. We were fine with the amount of time we had there. It was a fun day!

Our tour guides were INCREDIBLE! They talked us through the city origins and gave us a bit of a history lesson as we went. We got the chance to have Italian style espresso and sweet pastries before we left and then we were taken to the most magical places to really enjoy the scenic views of the amalfi coast! Not only this but at each stop we had plently of time to wander about and enjoy what each town had to offer which was wonderful, even enough time for a swim in amalfi! Thankyou to our incredible tour guides and amazing driver, you all made this much more enjoyable 😉
