Our trail guide Niko was fabulous 👌🏿. Her knowledge of the history of the Trene area was phenomenal. This was our first trip to New Orleans and it will not be our last. We highly recommend the Treme' walking tour for everyone. We also appreciated the refreshment stop.

Superb visit of the sector. Our guide Luke was amazing in giving us the musical background of the city with anecdotes and stories that connects the last centuries. HE is a wealth of information, brilliant, interesting and funny! Loved it!

The best part of the tour was our guide Nika. She was knowledgeable about the subject and enriched the tour with person stories and enthusiasm. A coffee shop visit shortly before the end of the tour was a nice break. One thing thou…please expect the tour to run longer than advertised.Do not have a tight schedule right after the tour. Keep that in mind and enjoy.

Let me start off first with, NIKA IS AMAZING!!! My wife and I take food tours and walking by tours in most cities that we visit. It helps us to learn the history of the city. This was the best tour we’ve ever been on, and Nika was the reason. Nika was so knowledgeable about the city and its history. She added music and pictures to the tour to help us to understand what it was that she was talking about. She was friendly and her information was second to none. If you visit New Orleans, take the Treme walking tour and learn the history of the earliest Black neighborhood in the US. And if you do, try to get the tour with Nika!

Definitely one of the more memorable things I did while in New Orleans was the Treme tour with Erin. She was so passionate about delivering the history and culture of the New Orleans people. Everyone including the tweens in our tour were hanging on to every word she spoke. I would recommend all friends and family.

This was a really informative and thoughtful tour. Erin was so passionate and sensitive when discussing difficult topics. She also played some amazing music during the trip and had some great recommendations of other places to visit. It’s a worthwhile tour worth taking to get beyond the French Quarter and really engage with New Orleans, its locals, stories and black history.

Awesome learning experience

Jeremiah is an excellent guide, he is so incredibly knowledgeable about Treme. I really knew very little about this neighborhood and he really brought it to life. He welcomed questions and was quick to answer. Since it was so hot he had a stop built in to the tour and a great neighborhood shop. I finally got to try a snowball and it was SO refreshing! Take this tour, you won't be disappointed!

Yahyah was AMAZING !! She was so knowledgeable and told her stories with such passion. The history of the ‘Treme district and the music of New Orleans was beautifully entwined in her presentation. Unfinished tour through Treme.

Phil was our tour guide. He was magnificent. I loved the way he truly walked us through the history of Treme using music that was hung around his neck. It was quite an informative and interesting tour. Unfortunately, we could not finish the tour since someone in our party felt ill. This was quite a shame since it was so good. When we go back, this is a tour we will definitely repeat.
