Lisa did a great job facilitating our tour. I loved that she was so clear on the structure of the tour, laying out expectations and inviting questions at every turn. The food was excellent and the tour kept a nice pace and had a good mix of walking and sitting. She sprinkled in history about NOLA as well as the food as we went which was really interesting!

I have no story. I did not get to experience the food tour. I have tried to reschedule with the company and also through viator- even though I didn’t reschedule more than 72 hours in advance. The company sent me to viator. I have already been to the website, rescheduled, and hit save. There was no email or confirmation. There is no one to communicate with. I have emailed the company twice. The first time- no response. The second time is when they sent me to viator- even though I had already been and was experiencing no feedback. It is so very unorganized, and I am out $200 and no experience. Do not book. There is no way to clear up any issues. I have been to food tours in both pensacola and sarasota. It was easy to communicate- even though I booked through viator in Sarasota. I hope you enjoy spending my money even though I did not partake in your services while doing everything right. It’s not fun in this economy to lose out on money.

We really enjoyed our tour this morning with Lisa! She brought us to several places to taste different cuisine; each one a great choice. In addition she offered us wonderful history of New Orleans and gave us fantastic recommendations!

Our guide Lisa was great! She was very personable and informative. She laid everything out for us from the beginning so that we knew what to expect. I highly recommend her. The portions at each location was sufficient in that it was just the right amount. Any more and we would have been too full. Great selection. We started off with grilled oysters, best grilled oysters EVER! We got to also sample a cup of gumbo, had pralines, bacon brittle, crawfish bread and muffaletta. You won’t leave hungry.

Lisa was just wonderful with her extensive knowledge of NOLA. She gave us good insight and bits of history to help the story of food and new orleans along to all of us on the tour. We had some good food and experiences. Just love the Gumbo I tried which is something I would not have ordered. All and all it was a wonderful time. Thank you to Lisa.

Had Lisa has my guide, and couldn’t have enjoyed it more. The tour changes day to day, and we had a great version. Every other guest on the tour was also fun and cool, and I feel like I made a bunch of friends. As far as the food, we stayed off Bourbon street and hit a lot of spots that locals love. All the food was great, the atmosphere was fun and friendly, and I’d do it again in a heart beat!

Lisa was by far the best tour guide I have had in NOLA! She is very knowledgeable about unique NOLA foods and the history of the area. We had a great variety of delicious foods from unique restaurants. We wish we had done this our first day instead of our last because we wanted to go back to all of the restaurants.
