    Our tour guide gave a very nuanced, historically accurate description of life on the plantation, from the plantation owners to the enslaved people. Learned more here than I ever did in school

    Well worth the trip, except lack of helpful information - and arrived late for our guide at Laura Plantation

    Very informative tour - All guides were great. Except arrived late for our tour at Laura Plantation to meet our guide there. And no information that you could get food and drink at Oak Alley Plantation at the stop for 45 minutes. That was in our opinion essential information, as no food at Laura Plantation. Otherwise thanks to all involved, in giving us this trip.

    Due to a rain storm and a lady falling our tour was very short for the price. The tour guide attended to the lady that fell. Group was left to entertain theirselves in the museum which one could tour on their own. No refund or discount was offered.

    I’m am so sorry about your experience. At Crescent city Tours we pride ourselves on giving quality service. Had I been aware of your disappointment I would have certainly tried to address and accommodate you for those issues. Crescent city tours is a separate entity from the site where the tour is taken. We provide the means of transportation to the tour. As a company we have never received anything less than five stars. Unfortunately all of your complaints were beyond my control. But if there is anything that I can do in the future to make this up to you please do not hesitate to reach out. As a courtesy if you ever come to New Orleans again We will provide free transportation for you and your party from the airport to the hotel. And again you have our deepest apologies.     Le transfert avec un chauffeur qui nous a régalé de ses anecdotes. On se souviendra longtemps du rire communicatif de Bryan ! La visite de la plantation était tout aussi merveilleuse, un grand merci à Amélie pour la visite en français. Elle a su nous tenir en haleine avec l’histoire de cette famille. Vraiment top !

    Très bonne expérience pour la visite de la Laura plantation que nous avons choisie en raison des avis et de la visite en Français. Nous avons effectués la visite avec Auguste qui est un excellent guide et qui nous a donné envie d’en connaître encore plus sur la Louisiane. Attention pour les non anglophones, uniquement la visite de la Laura plantation est en Français.
