1) You mentioned that the communication was horrible. Yes, we did ask you to change time, and we asked if it's possible or not. You said it's not but offered alternative time by yourself. You were asked by our team what you didn't like about the photos exactly so that we can fix it, but you didn't respond.
2) The photos are edited by a very light/warm editing, and it's not bright at all to make your skin orange. If you would have responded, we would gladly adjust editing per your wish since you didn't request a specific edit style at the start. Additionally, colors can look slightly different on different devices; it depends on the settings of your device and the device itself. All our devices show normal skin tone.
We are still willing to correct photos editing per your wish, if you reach back to us and tell what style/colours you want.
