    Quite frankly one of the worst run trips I have ever seen. We didn’t go on the trip in the end. From what looked like an industrial park and a tourist no go area in my opinion. Poorly signposted with no facilities. A waste of £80. We felt rather unsafe transitioning from the nearest tube station walking through a rough neighbourhood. Went with circle lines in the end. A reputable company!!!

    If I could give this a zero I would. Worse way to see a sunset. Inside the cabin half the windows didn't open, and it was extremely hot and humid. There was very little room to stand or sit outside, and the fumes spewing from the engine when in the back of the boat was toxic. Most of the views were obstructed both inside and outside the boat. A complete waste of money. I want to fight to get my money back.

    The cruise itself was amazing, easy to find and board the boat. Great views and the staff was amazing. We were lucky enough to be there for the July 4th dinner and fireworks cruise that added several hours to it but so worth the extra $, and would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to watch the fireworks. It was stress free since I was with my teens, and they loved it so much! The DJ upstairs was incredible and made it a party, my kids and I made friends, even exchanging our info to keep in touch, and they danced until they had to kick us off the boat! They still won’t stop taking about it. Once in a lifetime opportunity and I thank the crew, the tour staff, and anyone else that made that experience possible for my family.

    Unable to see the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island Sunset Cruise due to the coast guard reporting the wind and waves are too dangerous. The trip was then cancelled. Still pending my money back.

    Excellent cruise. Crew was great, saw some awesome sights. Really enjoyed the skyline and we got very close to Statue of Libery. Highly recommend.

    Extrêmement déçue de cette croisière. Soit disant "coucher du soleil sur la statue de la liberté" mais on nous donne RDV à 16h en plein mois de juin. Chercher l'erreur. Le soleil ne se couche pas avant 21h On a réservé la veille et voyant l'heure du RDV, on a tenté d'appeler le numéro figurant sur viator. On est tombé sur un répondeur qui nous expliquait comment se rendre sur le lieu de RDV. Numero completement inutile. Cette croisiere a eu lieu a la période ou il y a eu l'incendie au Canada, donc le ciel était orange. Et la qualité de l'air critique. On a donc décidé de se présenter sur place quelques heures avant le RDV afin de voir s'il était possible de reporter l'activité a un autre jour et/ou au moins avoir des explications sur ce coucher de soleil a 16h. Personne n'a été capable de nous renseigner. Du coup pas de coucher de soleil. Des photos ratées du fait du brouillard. Un personnel sur le bateau gentil néanmoins. Bref activité à proscrire. Je ne recommande pas.

    Excelente vista, fue mejor de lo que esperábamos. Superó todas nuestras expectativas ❤️ Mantuvieron comunicación a través de mensajes y llamadas aclarando todas las dudas o preguntas que tuviéramos. Localizado en el Pier 36, siguendo los letreros. De tener dudas se llama al número de ellos y un audio te explica en español o inglés cómo llegar.

    A estrutura do barco ficou a desejar… muita gente, mal dava pra ver as paisagens… ficamos em pé amontoados… o teto atrapalhava a vista além de soltar uma fumaça horrível.
