Worst experience, they cancel my original tour and booked a different one that they never explained what it is and they just told me it’s the same, they even change the time, my originally booking was at 9 and they changed it to 1:30. Worst experience

We have been through this already Ms. Garapetian. You were well informed what the 1:30 Wall Street Insider tour was. The disruptive scene you caused on the tour was due to not being able to go inside the Stock Exchange. Which has been closed to the public for 20 years. You did work to create a negative experience for the other people on the tour. However, the guide was able to turn things around after you stormed off with your family.

A Great Intro to Wall Street History!

My boyfriend and I came to NYC for the first time and for his birthday. He is an investor and fascinated by history and markets, so I surprised him with this tour. The meet up directions were very clear, easy, and the meet up location was exactly as described. We both loved the length of it and delivery of information. Jared was fantastic! He actually has first-hand experience working on Wall Street and in financial markets, so he was very well-informed and had a very rich understanding of the history of NY and markets. He was so kind and fun and kept us engaged. I liked how we got to participate and engage in the conversation versus just listening to a monologue. The information was also informative, but not too heavy or dense—it was just right. Only suggestion I would have would be to add a bathroom opportunity along the way. And do dress warmly if you go in the winter. It’s mostly outside and it gets windy and cold downtown. Otherwise it was great all the way around and we highly recommend it! We are going to look in to other tours with Jared!

Jared our tour guy covered all bases of the financial district Wall Street. We received a personal tour since it was just my family and I that signed up. Jared was open to any questions, very approachable, polite, professional. We would highly recommend signing up for this tour. This is an amazing tour for highschoolers, everyone of all ages including my oldest 20 yr son who happen to be on the spectrum of autism. When Jared asked if anyone knew of a Batman movie that was filmed at the financial district he quickly got my sons attention. It was nice to have him included because usually special needs individuals tend to get left out - But our tour guide Jared made us feel very comfortable and personal on the tour. Five stars ⭐️ thank you Jared!

James was very informative of the history of New York City, The Stock Exchange, and even had his own personal experiences to bring the facts of history to light. We stopped in front of the raging bull which was fun. James was very thoughtful and had us stop inside certain buildings during the walking tour to have us warm up a bit!
