  • On the rare occasions, the summit floor might be closed for public due to multiple reasons of maintenance, safety reasons or unexpected elevator breakdowns/malfunctions and no refunds or discounts will be guaranteed.
  • The wheelchair is accessible only up to second floor.
  • People with reduced mobility are not allow to the summit floor
  • This tour/activity will have a maximum of 30 travelers

      The meeting place was very easy to find and our guide met us there with our tickets. We had a wonderful guide, who gave us so much history about the Effiel Tower. She got us up to the second floor and for those who wanted to go up to the top first, she showed them where to go. Thank you for this wonderful experience with breathtaking views of the city!

      It is nice to be able to have a guaranteed ticket to the top when everything sells out so fast. We heard lots of interesting facts about the tower during our tour. We were not able to skip much of the line but it went all as planned. The tour guide was very friendly and informative. A bit hard to hear and understand at times but overall a great experience.

      Disgusting went to meeting point for time given. No one to meet us spent 376 and didn’t even get to go in. Absolutely would never use this website again travelled all the way from uk to Paris for this

      Definitely something to experience at least once. Our guide was great and gave us some insight about the tower’s history and explained the visit in detail. Very busy monument.

      We met at 4:30pm for the sunset view. We were still queuing at 6pm to get in… our tour guide left our group to it. Unacceptable and bad experience. Not worth the money.

      Viator is not trustworthy!

      I never got to the meeting place. The email was in French and I could not get translator to translate the whole message. I walked all over the Eiffel tower area, and did not find the Viator meeting place. Why do we have to pay for tickets on line and not get a qr code. why do we then have to pick ip a ticket. Viator won’t refund my money. They just about made me sound like I was stupid, because I did not find them. I wound up buying tickets at the gate, and they were cheaper. Viator is not trustworthy. Pretty shabby business

      Over priced not worth it

      Host was rude. This costs over 4 times the price than if you purchase at the tower. Maybe worth it in peak season to skip lines but not in Winter. The experience itself was amazing but shocked at how much extra I paid to do it. The info the host gave was also incorrect and Information that is easily obtained from going yourself, no added value in having the host meet you.

      never found the Viator Rep, walked through the pouring rain for 90 minutes trying to find our way around Paris to find the Rep. We are senior citizens and obviously not street or App Savy! Our only dream was to go up into the Eiffel tower and it never happened. Viator says it is our fault because we did not meet the Rep when we were supposed to and therefore, we will not be refunded. We asked numerous people to help us, and no one had a clue where we were supposed to be, our phones did not work. Terrible experience. Here is their response: Hi Diane, Thank you for your response regarding the outcome of your recent refund request on your Eiffel Tower Summit Access & City of Lights Paris View booking. We've followed up with our local tour operator, but they didn't agree on refund for this booking as you didn't show up after they waited for significant time and they didn't get any contact from you. Please note that following meeting point information is stated on your voucher as well as the product page.       After a week of beautiful weather, rain and wind arrived the evening of our tour. Our guide was punctual, and very knowledgeable. Sadly we had bought ticket for access to top but due to weather it was closed. Asked for partial refund but of course request was denied. Still, great views!!!!

      Very bad. Guide did not show up-stranded several groups. Young lady finally took us to the Eiffel Tower. Was almost an hour before guide came with our tickets. Was only able to go to 2nd floor-not summit. Almost missed dinner reservations at Jules Verne.

      Ana was an outstanding guide. She got us through the lines efficiently and provided us with wonderful history and information. Taking the tour later in the day allowed us to see the city at night and gave us shorter wait times.
