What To Expect

After a scenic drive from Paris into northern Belgium, step off your luxury coach into Bruges' medieval city center, designated a UNESCO World Heritage site for its well-preserved Flemish architecture. Follow your guide on a walking tour through the charming streets and hear about this jewel of the region. View legendary landmarks, including the Beguine convent, Basilica of the Holy Blood, City Hall, and Notre Dame Cathedral, and learn about their fascinating history.

I would highly recommend this tour to anyone. It is a easy way to go to another country and receive some of its history. The boat trip was a lot of fun and the place is absolutely beautiful. The only negative for me was that it is very expensive for a day tour. The tour and the things you buy in Brugges are a lot of money especially when you come from a country whose currency is not strong. So a heads up would be to be prepared for the prices you will pay for lunch etc.

Bruges was magical! Natty was a lovely guide, taking care to keep the group together and informed. The bus ride was comfortable and relaxing, with a stop for restrooms and coffee each way.

Waste of time! Almost 9 hours on an old and poorly maintained “luxury” bus for only 4 hours in Bruges. The tour was a combination of English and Spanish speakers with 2 tour guides. Our English speaking guide was barely intelligible compounded by speaking while chewing gum. His one hour walk with us through town with offhanded comments was the “tour”. The highlight of the day was the 30 minute canal tour through Bruges with a charming guide. All in all, not worth the time and money.

Love this day trip! We didn't do the audio guided tour so was basically our ride to and from Bruges! Bus was clean and had a stop in either direction for food and the restroom. Had plenty of time in Bruges for lunch and sightseeing. Definitely recommend!

Nice one day trip to Bruges from Paris

Excellent trip for one day. We went on Dec 24, so we had the luck to find a X-mas festival in the city. We like the atmosphere (even it as very cold and rain). We could walk around the entire city, I would like to come back during summer.

Terrible service

I went on tour. I was told that the bus had a bathroom. Once the bus took off the customers were told the bathroom was out of order. I am a disabled vet and i did have an accident on the bus because a bathroom stop was 2 hours into the trip. I had to file a dispute to try and get my money back. And the company refused. The tour guide informed me that the bathroom do work. But the owners of the bus stated that it cost too much to maintain the bathrooms. So the tour guides are to let customers know that the bathroom is out of service even though the bathroom is in working order. And they do not let you know until the tour has started. I think this is very deceitful mainly to people like me with medical problems that require using the bathroom. I would not recommend this tour or this company. As a disabled vet with limited resources i feel that i was taken advantage of on purpose. I reached out to company twice and never got a response they just refused to give me a refund. They seem to be more interested in just taking your money. I am very disappointed in this company.

Had a great time in Bruges. Long drive but we were able to nap along the way due to our hectic stay in Paris so it works out fine. I recommend staying a day or 2 in this area of Belgium to really experience it.

Walking through the shops of Bruges and eating at the Eatalian Restaurant. I edited the original reservation from 3 adult travelers to 2. Contacted Paris Vision and Viator as instructed. But, the 2 of us were double booked for the tour.

Andre did a great job as our tour guide. Information was very helpful and he gave good suggestions for food and shopping. The canal tour was really nice despite the hot temps. Wished we had more time to explore the area but all in all a great day!

Too short a time in Bruges

I’m Round trip travel including midway stop total 8 hours leaving just 4 1/2 to view sites. Instead of meeting at 4 pm at bus to return, should meet at 7 arriving back 11 pm.

Bruges is still a beautiful city, but so much more commercialized than I remember it. They have ruined the charm of the main square by putting up stands. I thought it was still a nice place, but I would think twice if I had known it would be a 4 hour drive each way to and from Paris.

It was trip to a lovely place with the original charm that survived the war. It is a uniquely beautiful place and the tour guide led us through the town in a way that we would not have been aware of. The boat ride gave you another beautiful perspective. The travel time does make for a very long day.

On the way back we were on the bus at 4:15 pm to go back to Paris. The police at Brugge, at 5:30 asked the 80 passengers to get off the bus because it had to go to the police station. Em the tour guide said another bus was coming in 1 hr 30 min. Then that we had to wait for another bus another hour, then the same story about 5 times. We had to leave the park and walk to the train station because I was getting cold and there were no bathroom’s. We waited and waited and finally the bus came at 11:30pm. We got back to the Pullman Hotel at Darcy at 3am. There was no metro, so we had to pay an Uber to get home. Terrible service with the contracted tour We would like refunds for my husband and me.

The place must see. Evwn we dont have a tour guide. The audio pen and Map is supicient enough for us to use to go around the City. I've recommended this trip if your in Paris.

Was a wonderful but very short trip, we were only at Bruges about 4 hours and there is much to see in very little time. If you do the tour with the guide then you will have less time for yourself. We did the audio guide which gave us the freedom to explore on our own, take the boat ride and get something to eat. If you don’t mind a short tour for f the town then it will be perfect for you as I enjoyed it just fine. Definitely recommend it!
