    Better than just a river cruise!!

    So glad we chose this tour over a cruise that only included the river. The history of the canal, the experience of the locks and the tunnel were fantastic. The cruise was both relaxing and informative. Our guide Ben was knowledgable and entertaining. We would highly recommend this boat cruise.

    We thought this was a cruise for 20 people and were surprised there were well over 100. We were on the upper deck which became very crowded. We met some lovely people and loved hearing about their vacation. The cruise itself was interesting, and we enjoyed seeing all the landmarks from the water. Unfortunately, our guide was difficult to understand/hear because of the poor quality of the sound system.

    The address is not correct. We could not locate the access point and could not find any help. We called on our way as we were late. We were told not to worry that our tickets were good for all day and there would be another boat. We waited but never another boat. We called again and we were told that we could not use our tickets. Very confusing and disappointing. The second person we spoke with was rude. Don’t do it.

    Not what we expected.. going thru the channel locks, traveling what seemed like forever thru the tunnel (the smell, diesel and sewer fumes). The commentary, Constant noise, 4 different languages back to back, too much! The final topper, having to climb 42 steps at drop off!

    Great commentary by Ben and excellent driving by Brenda. Commentary was quite loud and could have been a little quieter, this was my 2nd time and highly recommend

    We felt very unsafe as area was disheveled and sketchy. We were so uncomfortable walking and waiting at pick up we decided against going. Boats were poorly kept on canal. Not a safe environment. We had people approach us often in a bad way. Left in Uber rather than continue on with tour.

The canal Saint Martin is a Parisian neighborhood in the heart of Paris, known for its peaceful atmosphere. We are sorry to hear you felt like it wasn't the case that day. The canal Saint Martin is not the most touristic neighborhood but more of a "Parisian's Paris" which is why it feels so different from other touristic places in the city. It is actually one of the most popular area for Parisians in summer as they love to spend their afternoon and evening on the quays of the canal.     Croisière très intéressante, excellent commentaire, itinéraire étendu jusqu'à la statue de la Liberté. Il ne manque que le bassin de La Villette et la vue sur... l'hôtel du nord.
