      Meet your tour guide by the South Pillar Eiffel Tower (Jules Verne Restaurant). Please be aware in order to reach the meeting point you need to go though the first security check. Knowing there might be to queue, it is strongly advice you reach the place about 30 minutes before the designated time.

    the tour guide was super cool and very helpful, i highly recommends it, also the skip the line option was a good thing.
    Don't fall for "skip the line".

    Booking was easy but getting the actual tickets was a hassle and the tour Co. waited until the last minute to transmit them. We never got the tickets in a usable form but our guide, who was great, covered us. Can't say enough good about the guide. "Skip the line" is a "come on". The only line we skipped was the line to purchase tickets. We still waited in lines to go up and come down the tower.

    We had a wonderful time visiting the Eiffel Tower. The guide was helpful and informative. She was clear and easy to understand- and was happy and pleasant. We enjoyed the tour more than expected and then had plenty of time to explore on our own too. Many thanks

    Disappointed that there was confusion in meeting our tour guide. Last minute change that confused most participants. Tower was extremely crowded and we could not hear the tour guide.

    THe tour guide showed almost an hour late, we were not sure where the guide would meet us. It was a mess and not happy with the tour

    I bought a wine at a shop and was not able to carry by package and there was no where to leave it till I returned from the Eiffel tower so someone took it as I left it behind. So do not shop before u go on the tour.

    Raphaël was a friendly, knowledgeable and fun guide for this tour, starting with information and interactive questions with the group and then taking us up to the 1st and 2nd floors and then the summit. The group was a bit hard to find because the meeting place was beyond the security checkpoint, and it's unclear whether tickets are needed to get to that point (we figured it out but were very concerned about being late). And there was no information that said our elevator tickets would be available via What's App. Fortunately I had downloaded the app, so I was able to access the tickets, but a notice that the tickets would be delivered through the app would be helpful. But it was a great tour.

    We never found the tour guide. I called nobody answered me I called the number in the email and text the number that texted me. Overpaid for basically a self guided tour by over $100 no apologies or email back after I emailed the company or a refund at least for the tour guide part. I should just been charged for entry to second floor. We have done a lot of tours and this one was the worst msg could have done it without a tour guide obviously. So no customer service they get no stars from me.

    The GT Tours guide was on time at the meeting point and ensured we all had needed tickets. His information was informative and interesting from start to finish. The trip to the top was crowded but well managed. The views were amazing. The tickets should be delivered at time of booking!

    Our guide, Amira, was very knowledgeable about the history of the tower and she was very funny. We had a very good experience and loved getting to see the city from a higher view while learning about the different areas of the city.

Unfortunately, in this particular situation, the tour was cancelled, without any alternative but the full refund, because the Eiffel Tower was closed due to the public administration *strike*.
