FOR BOOKINGS BETWEEN 9am AND 4pm: meet your coordinator in front of the Borghese Gallery to provide you with the entry tickets. Your coordinator is wearing a blue and white uniform and will be waiting for you at the base of the steps on the right-hand side in front of the building.
FOR BOOKING FOR 5pm and 5:45pm: within 2 days prior the visit you will receive a voucher to be exchanged at the ticket office and redeem your tickets
From March 29th untul June 19th the second floor of the museum will be under renovation. Most of art work will be moved at the ground floor. During this time all visitors can get a reduced ticket for Palazzo Barberini just providing at the ticket office a ticket used at the Borghese Gallery.
This is a private tour/activity. Only your group will participate

Beautiful collection. It's a shame you can only see half and then have to go to Palazzo Bernini for the other half. But both museums were very nice.

it was a beautiful museum but the cost here with this company was very expensive given that the ticket itself cost just €15 and all the guide did was hand me a ticket. The line wasn’t even long so not worth the extra €20.

We are really happy we visited the Gallery and the gardens. There is so much to take in at the gallery, that you almost need the air and the space of the garden to let it all settle. We walked around and rented a two-seater bile a just peddled around for an hour smiling the whole time. We saw green parrots! The whole experience was wonderful.

This is one of my favorite museums in the world, and I happened to be in Rome and wanted to go back but tickets were sold out. So I didn't mind paying a premium, but just know that you're paying 2-3x what they cost direct from the museum if you plan ahead.

Successful visit, but the person with the ticket was not stood ‘near’ the steps and was not wearing a ‘blue and white uniform’. We had to ask lots of other people before we finally got our ticket. Viator might only be the agent, and the ticket seller must take responsibility, but the overall experience is marred by the stress of thinking we might miss our visit. The Borghese Gallery is superb and we were so glad to have got the ticket.

They said They can’t send...

They said They can’t send tickets until get to Rome. Call the tour advisor, Eslam Hamdy, and he never answer or show up at the Borghese Gallery. Have to beg mercy from people work there to let us in

As I can see your voucher and online the informations say that the ticket is not sent to customer but customers are required to meet the coordinator at the meeting point (just in front of the Museum entrance). So, sorry but I don't understand your low rating....is maybe referred to you?

Great museum, tickets delivered as promised. We could not pick them up earlier than 15 minutes before the museum start time due to museum rules (limiting capacity). Allowed us to walk the park since we showed up early.

We tried to find two admission tickets to Borghese Gallery on a relatively short time (3+ weeks) and unable to get them through any other websites. This one is good with a very good price. It’s even better that there was a staff to hand out the real tickets in front of the Gallery on the date and time of admission. No need for us to queue for the tickets, should the operator sent us the QR code. Perfect.

Spectacular collection of Italian art and sculpture. A must see in Rome . The booking process with Viator was simple. At the Gallery, you just present the voucher and they give you your tickets. Leave time to visit the lovely grounds.

Borghese Ticket bad experience.

The Borghese gallery was beautiful with some wonderful works of art, but we arrived to the gallery with no tour guide present in sight, called operator several times with no answer, we found out that the gallery ticket was $13.00, not $40, so viator allows people to scalp tickets and take advantage of their customers.

the product you booked says "borghese Gallery admission ticket" so I don't know why you suposed there's a guide there. Upon checking your booking, made for May 1st at 1pm, the entry ticket has been sent to you on April 7th. The phone number on your booking confirmation is my personal number. Yesterday (even if we were closed) I took all phone calls I got but I have no missed calls. Try please to contact me again so that we can investigate on what happened The price of the ticket you saw on site is the price of 2019....if you check on your ticket it report a different price. For sure we don't work for free so your payment includes also our commission.

I love the Borghese gallery especially the Berninis. They are remarkable and the gallery rooms are stunning. I am very disappointed in the ticket purchasing.I paid $38 for a $15 ticket. I still don't understand why. There was no guide provided for the price just the ticket. Is it because the Borghese sells their tickets to companies for a bigger price. I have been to the gallery 2 previous times and this did not happen.

Everything worked well with the reservation. The art collection is remarkable. Only a limited amount of people are allowed in, so you can really enjoy the art without disturbance. The building itself is also marvelously decorated and the surrounding garden is a great place to relax from the hustle and bustle of the streets. You may only bring a small purse inside the exhibition rooms, so for a speedier visit, leave your bigger bags at home/the hotel.
