Meet by the Arch of Constantine in Colosseum Square, the grounds outside the Colosseum. Your host will be waiting right next to the arch with a big White Flag. If arriving from Colosseo metro follow the curve of the Colosseum round to the right to reach the meeting point at the Arch.

The lady who gave us a tour she was really friendly, was able to answer all our questions, was funny had us laughing and she even showed us that she had met the pope as he had baptised her son. Would highly recommend the lady who gave us a tour and the service. However only shame was the St Peter’s church was closed and we paid to see it. However the company did inform us of this before hand and told us that if we wanted to wait until 4.30pm it would re open. Highly recommend

We took the 3 hour tour which felt very long could complete all in 2. The guide was good and audio helpful in busier areas. He guided well around the colosseum as it was busier in the afternoon. Guide gave all the key facts not so good at bringing to life and tying all the point’s together so a little hard ti follow at some points.

This tour was just okay. Felt very rushed at Roman Forum. Guide seemed annoyed when asked to stop to get water (was quite hot on the day of our tour). He also was not great at explaining what we were seeing at any given point. Also, online description did not give sense of how much walking was involved - ended up being you much for my 75 yo mother.

Our guide (Maria) was an archaeologist, and led a great tour. The headsets worked well and made it easy to hear, and she took great care to call out areas of caution (pick pockets) while sharing very interesting facts about the area. Would recommend this tour!
