To breath fresh air and walk with my 2 grandkids and see what mother nature offer us was amazing. The tour guide was informative and excellent driver in the curves of the road. Seen 🦌 roaming around was a plus .

Facal (sp) my tour guide was awesome. Very funny and knowledgeable! Highly recommended. On the way back he even showed us the doubtfire house nice surprise!

Too confusing

The directions were confusing. Nothing matched up. The e-mail and ticket had two different meet locations on it. The location in front of the hotel had several black vans and each driver had a different destination. I was then told to go across the street to sign in only to find out they couldn't find our reservation, but gave us a ticket to get on the bus anyways. Come to find out the driver of the van we were supposed to be on called to say he was running behind. We ended up going to Muir woods with the wrong company. Never again...

Dear customer, we are very sorry for the confusion. We organized a special tour for you that day in the afternoon as requested with all the costs involved. We were connected on the phone all the time, even 15min prior to arrive. Unfortunately we can't control that you get in another company than us. You went anyway and had the tour with our partners. That is still great!
