We always make sure to notify the customer before booking this reservation that they should be equipped with a driver license in order to drive the Vespa. Also, this information is noted to the additional information on our tour site too. The customers who take part in this tour should be expert drivers. At the time, the driving test was given to you, and you were told to make a turn; you didn't manage the situation and you crashed. If you were really an experienced driver and had driven a Vespa many times before taking part in this tour, you should know how to manage the situation perfectly and make a turn at this point without damaging the Vespa. So we are saying that making the turn at the narrow place was part of the driving test, which seems that you could not pass it. As for the damage to the vehicle, at the time of the rental a pre-authorization on credit card will be made as a guarantee for any damage, which will be canceled upon return from the tour if there has been no material damage to the vehicle.
