The waiting time . If you are arriving late then the boats are an hour apart so could be better to book a private transfer

return bus was far too small so we waited another half hour for the next one with others

Great way to arrive in Venice. Short walk from the airport and a relatively short ride to the main stops in Venice ( it took us 55 minutes from airport to San Zaccaria ) Friendly and helpful crew -shouting out the stops as we got near helped the non locals alot .Buying in advance was cheaper than buying at the airport

This is how I felt after buying these tickets and arriving at the airport. I'll explain, so you buy these tickets off Viator and then you get an email, when you arrive you go to the waterbus ticket office show them this email and then they give you tickets. At the same ticket office you can buy the same tickets but for cheaper (see photo attached), no they aren't going to run out because its an on going service it will never be fully booked as you just get the next available boat and yes you will have to queue for this ticket office regardless of you buying pre-paid tickets. So what are you paying the extra money for? Absolutely nothing, you literally go to the same place where you can buy cheaper tickets to collect your more expensive tickets. Enjoy guys!

This is the second time we’ve visited Venice and used the water bus from the airport and I can’t fault it for price or availability. They run every 20 minutes and are always on time and clean.

Yes, unless you're alighting early on the boat from the airport it does take a while. Who cares? It's effectively a free sighseeing tour. And it's cheap. Cheaper than a beer in St Mark's Square. What's not to like?

The pilots of the boat were not helpful at all on letting us know where to get off at. Several others said they missed their stop. As a new tourist as most people were as they were dragging luggage as well.

This was basic transport by water. Would I do it again? Maybe but I don't have to. There are busses from the airport that will take you to the Grand Canal area. You can also grab a cab. It's 30 minutes. You can also purchase your ticket when you get here. It's cheaper. But the advance option is good for piece of mind although not necessary.

Convenient way to get to Venice from airport and back. Tried the water bus within the city and it was terrible. Slammed together like sardines. This option is a little more costly but worth the comfort.

Straightforward to find, exchange voucher and get the boat. Only improvement would be to advise the best choice to get close to your hotel. Ask your clients send a basic map and a one liner to recommend closest stop.
