It was very bad experience. I recommend people, such ticket is included in public transport ticket/pass. You don't need to buy these tickets, it's not worth it & waste of money. If you look for gondola(small traditional boat) ride with 3-4 person, you need to go personally there & you ask gandolian. (~80€)

Dear, I am sorry for your bad experience but I have to clarify that on the product page, we have written that the waterbus ticket was included. In addition, you cannot compare this tour with a gondola ride because it's totally different. This tour includes waterbus ticket and an digital audioguide in 9 different languages. On gondola you do not have the commentary and you cannot cross the whole Grand Canal as in this tour. We remain at your disposal for further clarification. Best regards
