The pick up from the airport was seamless and Faruk (the driver) was polite, courteous, offered water and was just pleasing. The pick up from the hotel to the airport was completely the opposite. Omer was rude, arrogant and acted as if he was doing us a favour by driving the car. The pick up time was 10am and I got a message from him earlier that morning, asking us to be ready by 9.50 am as he has another booking after ours. I told him that we should stick to the original pick up time of 10am, which he seemed fine with. Then he reached the hotel at 9.50am and texted me again asking to be on time as he has another booking after ours. Immediately after that, he called my phone and I had to find a place to park all the luggage I was carrying down at the hotel and answered his call. Again, he said the same thing to which I told him that we'll be out shortly. At 9.55am, we were at his taxi in heavy rain. When I met him, I asked him why he had been pressurising us so much and what was the issue in sticking to the original time and that if he had too many bookings, he should plan properly. This really irked him and he came around to my side of the car, opened the door and started speaking very aggressively, defending his actions. I paid 75 euros for this service, which I totally regret.

Omer was excellent with communication. We arrived early and he was able to accommodate us. He arrived promptly and took us to our hotel. We were very fortunate to have him return us to the airport. He requested we be prompt for his pickup and our reply was we could go even earlier than planned, so we were able to arrive to the airport early and take our time. Overall, a perfect and relaxing experience with great communication.

Although I realise our flight was delayed I didn’t expect us to have to wait 15mins before we were picked up. He didn’t know my name and had to ring my phone (whilst I was standing next to him) to prove who I was. He didn’t even drop us off outside our hotel, we had to cross over a canal bridge to get to it. Not a good experience at all. Finally we then learnt that the hotel could have organised a pick up for €47.50.

Reliable service and safe driver. Our driver contacted me before we left the US on the Whatsapp to introduce himself and give directions. Very easy to find driver. Very professional. Attention international travelers: Please note that free waiting time is the first 70 minutes after landing. After that, they charge €12,- every 15 minutes. We landed - shuttled in from international terminal - Passed through passport control rather quickly- but had to wait on our luggage and it was over 70 minutes. Just FYI.

I don't like to give negative reviews but in this case I must point out what I felt was a quit deceiving advertisement for the ride. I was charged an additional 24 Euros as my hour for the taxi ride started when the plan landed? I didn't understand that. It takes more than 1 hour to get through customs. The plane landed at 915 and the agency began calling me at 945 asking where asking where I was!? I did not give them a certain time as they said they would know when my plane landed and figure approximately what time we would meet. The 1 hour set price seemed like a scam to lure you in as they had the intention all along of charging more than that. The n the up side the driver was very nice even though he had the burden of telling me I owed more money-in cash no less. Than I am beginning to wonder if he was pulling my leg! Needless to say, there was not a tip added to it.

Barry, our driver, was terrific! He communicated to us that he was picking us up at the airport. He gave us directions where to meet him at the airport. We were delayed at the airport because our luggage did not accompany us on our flight from Dublin. We booked the pick-up for 9:30am and did’t leave the airport until almost 11:00am. He waited for us patiently not causing any additional stress than what we were already experiencing.
