    Cancellation Policy

    You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

    • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
    • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
    • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
    • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
    • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

    None. No historical content to speak of. Just lots of lame jokes and lots of drinking. In the end the tourists stopped listening and talked amongst themselves. Sophia the Russian continually swore and insulted nationalities

    This experience was adequate but no more. The guide was fine but the boat had such dirty panels on top that one couldn’t see up at all-just through the windows. I did learn some new information but would recommend other boats for better viewing

    We had a great experience on this canal cruise! Alicia was a great guide and provided us lots of interesting facts about Amsterdam. We went at 8:15 pm which was perfect to see everything lit up. Recommend doing this early on in your trip to orient yourself around the vast city.

    We had the absolute greatest ride on this cruise. Judith and the other young lady did a fantastic job telling us about all the place and some neat facts on them. Omar was one of the two drivers he was was friendly as well. Overall 10/10 experience

    This evening canal cruise was the highlight of our few days in Amsterdam. A friendly, knowledgeable skipper and guide, interesting scenery along the way and a nice glass of wine enhanced the hour long excursion! Great value, loved it!
    Disappointed by the weather

    Unfortunately we were not able to take the cruise (on 31 March at 8pm) due to the dreadful weather conditions (heavy, heavy rain). We were already soaked to the skin and felt seeing the attractions in these conditions was pretty much a lost cause. Shame as we were looking forward to it.

    Disappointing cruise

    Unfortunately the boat cruise we booked wasn't running (or didn't exist) so they put us on a different one. The guides were poor, putting in little effort. There was no atmosphere on the boat. The rain didn't help, so we couldn't see anything through the steamed up windows. A very dissapointing experience, not worth the money. Maybe don't book for a Sunday evening.

    Two random historical facts were spat in two random moments and no substantial information was provided for the city history. The boat was fairly crowded as well. We chose to not get drinks or food, so we have no opinion on the food and drink selection.

    Before booking the cruise, I did a good research as the weather was pretty bad in Amsterdam so we wanted to go in a boat with a cabin or at least partially covered. When we arrived, to our surprise, the boat was all opened, no shelter at all, and as soon as we got on , it started to rain and hail. We had to spend ten or fifteen minutes stopped under a bridge because of the heavy rain before we could start the cruise. The reason for my complaint is we felt absolutely deceived by the cruise company
