Our flight arrived on time, but by the time we deplaned, we’re processed by Immigration, and collected our luggage, the driver had already left. He arrived before our flight landed and left after one hour. We telephoned the service center but they offered no assistance.

Very professional and kind service. Our driver was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. When arriving to the airport, they sent a text informing us which luggage carousel we would be collecting our luggage from and which arrival door he would meet us at.
