The School and Museum are temporarily closed until further notice due to continuing COVID-19 virus prevention procedures.
In peak season, all guests must go through a security check, which can take up to 25 minutes.
In the event of special events at the attraction or large crowds, the itinerary may be altered.
You must arrive at the meeting spot at least 20 minutes prior to the start of the tour. Your timed-entry ticket will be invalid if you arrive after this time.
It is forbidden to offer headsets to youngsters under the age of 12 at the Sagrada Familia.

BEWARE! DO NOT USE THIS TOUR GUIDE

Do not use this tour guide! She accepted a tour for 12 people. It was a last minute booking into the Sagrada Familia in Barcelona and I was charged an outrageous price for the tour. It was important that we go so I paid the price. I texted her to find out where the meeting point the day of the tour, and I was informed that the tour was cancelled. No reason was ever given for why the tour was cancelled. She should have never accepted the booking it if she could not follow through!

Therefore, we have provided a full refund and also mentioned you how you may buy the entrance tickets for a self guided tour. I suggest you for the big groups like yours (12 adults) please make reservations 2 weeks ago specially during the peak seasons. Again we accept our humble apologies for the inconveniences.
