My husband & I had a wonderful private tour, Jennifer was absolutely delightful and very informative. We were about 7 hrs. touring everything. It was a lot of walking, but we had to take a couple of cabs to get to Sagrada Familia & Park Guell, which was included. We stopped at a quaint cafe to have a drink and a lovely restaurant for lunch & drinks. It was a great tour & you felt like you have seen all of Barcelona in one day. You really appreciated Gaudi's work & it was so impressive & he was a man ahead of his time. We came away from this tour full of information and memories that will stay with us forever. Our guide Juan DeCarlo was wonderful! We saw so much if Barcelona, not just the Gaudi buildings. He explained the art periods and significance of the details of the many beautiful buildings we saw. We were a group of 4 and he kept us moving at a nice pace. We all loved the tour! Juan also helped with some pretour questions we had.

Mistake on part of tour operator

The main reason for booking this trip was La Segada Familia, we were looking forward to a tour and access for our one day stop in Barcelona. Unfortunately, the tour company made an error and got tickets for the day after we would be there. We had to cancel this tour. We were thankful for a full refund, but truly,this was a huge disappointment for us . The tour guide herself was gracious, offering us pointers and apologies, but it didn’t get us into La Segada and I’m not sure we will be back to Barcelona for sometime, so that was a big bummer.

Dear customers, we are very sorry for what happened. Mistakes are human and sometimes the guide can make one. The guide is one of our best guides but she made a mistake when buying the tickets. Unfortunately, as it was Easter week, there were no tickets available by the time the error was discovered. They were fully refunded, but we are very sorry for what happened, thank you.

Must see tour in Barcelona

Pedro was fantastic and very knowledgeable. This is a perfect tour for hitting all the Gaudi must see spots. Pedro made sure to get us quick access through the gift shops off some of the building we didn't have time to explore fully, with Segrada and Park Güell taking up so much of the tour. We still felt as if we saw it all. The sit down tapas lunch with Pedro was fantastic and to eat with a local, was a treat. My only criticism is I wish Pedro would have accompanied us through Segrada and Park Güell, to fully explain the details and history as he clearly was fantastic at doing so. Would have been worth the extra cost

Learning the history of Barcelona and seeing so many well known sights with Milena was the highlight of our 5 days in Barcelona. The walking private tour was great and we really appreciate Milena's flexibility. We were able to tour a small Jewish synagogue close to the Cathedral. We loved learning from Milena and enjoyed our vegano lunch with her.
