We pick up all the customers from hotels in Cancun and Riviera Maya, for Airbnb we provide a meeting point to be picked up. For hotels located between Playa del Carmen and Tulum the tour will operate as 3 x 1, this is due to the logistics of the route and the itinerary For people staying at Tulum, the meeting Point will be the Super Market SUPER AKI, located at the main avenue of Tulum Down Town. The pick up time will be confirmed based on your hotel name

Coba is worthwhile

I did the 3x1 tour as I was picked up in tulum. Cobá was fantastic and I’d definitely recommend renting the bike as you would not have time to see all the ruins in the time allotted if you went on foot. It was a magical experience cycling through the jungle. The tulum ruins were interesting but I felt more information could have been given. We were a big coach group and had to wait for everyone to go to the toilet before we could continue which was frustrating at times, although we were given 30 minutes to explore ourselves at the end of the explanations. Personally I found the cenote disappointing, it was paved all around and a very shallow depth, not sunken and leafy like you see on google. Although the families with small children enjoyed themselves as there was also a purpose built children’s pool on site. I would like to think it’s a one-off but they were 1 hour late to pick me up. The company did contact me to say they were running late but I wasn’t given a time scale. Im glad I did the tour but it could have been organised much better.

Long day but worth it!

Although this made for a long day (partly because of the number of pickups and drop offs at hotels), we enjoyed it. Tulum and Coba were great sites to visit and learn about the ancient Mayan culture. Lots of people there though. We did get to swim in the cenote with just two vans of people (about 32). It would not be as enjoyable if one of the big tour buses was there too. Lunch was jampacked with people and we were given only 40 minutes to eat. Food was good and plentiful. Playa del Carmen was not a necessary stop except we were hungry and used the hour there to eat. Our guide, Martine, was amusing and full of information and Jorge the driver certainly knew his way around the roads!

Packed a lot of things into one day!

I thought this tour was great at packing a lot of places and activities into one day!! Very time efficient and also they took care of various admission tickets, and even lunch! It's very close to an Excellent tour! The only thing that might push it up a notch is to hear a bit more information about the location from the guides.

Esta excursión no ha sido como esperaba. De todas las que he hecho que me han encantado… esta deja mucho que desear. En el autobús si quieres beber tienes que pagar un pack diamante ( opcional, pero no dirás que no porque está todo más fácil así y no relentizas la excursión yendo a tu bola a comprar bebidas, etc ) en el que te incluye un chaleco salvavidas para el cenote y las bebidas del bar en el que vamos a comer. En ninguna de las excursiones realizadas tuve que pagar nada todas incluían la bebida del autobús y la del bar al comer. En Tulum no había guía te explican 4 cosas y a correr. No sabes ni lo que estás viendo en realidad… y en Cobá te meten en un triciclo o bicicleta, tú verás, y otro tanto de lo mismo.El pack diamante cuesta 16dolares por persona , asegúrate de tenerlo justo porque ellos no tienen cambio te van a decir que les des lo que tengas y luego te dan el cambio pero nunca paran a cambiar el dinero, si tú no les recuerdas que te deben el cambio, me parece bastante feo ya que nosotros se lo tuvimos que decir 3 veces y más acompañantes les paso lo mismo.
