A:Once you're in the air, the boat travels a distance of three miles, which has a duration of 10 to 12 minutes, depending on the wind speed.

A:The maximum height of our parasail is between 80 and 90 meters, depending on the weight supported during the flight.

Q:What is the maximum weight that the parasail supports?

A:The parasail can accommodate up to 180 kg (396 lbs) maximum, regardless of the number of people participating in the same flight (maximum 3). There is no minimum weight however, you must be big enough for the harness to fit correctly in order to fly.

A:Our parasail allows flights for 1, 2 or 3 people, as long as the total weight does not exceed 180 kg (396 lbs).

A:If there is rain or if the wind speed exceeds 30 km/h, you will not be able to fly. If this happens you can reschedule your flight without charge or request a full refund.

Everybody was friendly. Transportation was on time to take us to dock. We were up in the sky for about 8 min and staff had photographer on boat for pictures. Pics are 35 USD which is worth it since it’s 20 plus pictures. I would recommend this activity!

We went for our honeymoon! It was great! The view was beautiful! We saw a few animals, including sting rays and sea turtles. Would definitely recommend.

I was kind of nervous because I seen some bad reviews but I loved it transportation came on time the staff was very nice the only thing I didn’t like is that I was told my pictures were going to be one price then my card was charged another price but besides that I enjoyed everything

Transportation was late. Had to wait once we arrived for an additional 20 minutes. The parasail was beautiful, went up pretty high. Bring USD for pictures. They did an excellent job. With the pictures.

We had such an amazing experience, from the shuttle,to the staff at the docks, to our tender to the main parasailing boat was phenomenal ! Everyone was so helpful and friendly! The staff on the boat was exceptional with safety and double checking all of our harnesses. It was the most beautiful and memorable 20 minutes of my life in 26 years !

The absolute best time we’ve ever had. Never been parasailing before so the experience was new and so so so much fun. It’s worth it to buy the photos and the video because you’ll look back and just remember the exhilarating time you had. Wish we were up in the air longer than 10 minutes. But other than that everyone was so fun and nice.

Great experience!!! All the employees was super friendly & they also picked you up! Only thing is dislike is you have to purchase pictures before you see them & receive them 24 hours later … the quality of the pictures was not good. Super dark photos you could barely see our faces! That’s the only thing! I wouldn’t buy the photos other then that great experience

Best Experience of my Lifeeee

If you’re coming to Cancun, whatever you do PLEASEEEEE BOOK THIS. As some one who has never done anything like this as you can imagine I was a bit nervous however I can assure you one you are in the air it is the most peaceful, beautiful and relaxing view you could see. “Y’all better come get one of these….. it’s parasailing with a wonderful company”. Everyone on the boat made me feel comfortable before taking one by talking me through the process. 100/10 in all seriousness guys please book this excursion experience with this company! They are all amazing. Side note: our time was booked for 2:30 but because everyone wants to go around the same time there was heavy traffic, i would advise you leaving a few hours before your scheduled time. I communicated with one of the associates that we would be running late (they are great on communication by the way ) and she assured me that it would be okay. Communicating goes a long way and they did amazing . Since we are on the doc there is definitely food and drinks to get before or after the trip so there is no worries about that.( get the margaritas they realll good) Thank You guys for making my boyfriends birthday super special and making this experience 1 in a life time. We definitely will be coming back.

3.5 hours spent for 15 minutes of activity

We booked our excursion for 5:00 pm, knowing that the pick-up time would likely be earlier than that. The company emailed us to say our pick-up was 3:30 pm, which would mean we needed to cut another activity at our hotel short. I asked via email if we could be picked up at 4:00 pm, was told "no," and then we proceeded to wait 25 minutes parked in front of another hotel because we were early to pick up those guests. Additionally, the security guard at that hotel wouldn't let us use the restroom. The driver did not help advocate for us - just said he was sorry and there was nothing to be done. Luckily there was a Starbucks across the way. The actual excursion lasted 15 minutes, (from the time we got on the speed boat, parasailed, and were dropped back off at the pier). All told, it took 3 and a 1/2 hours to travel to and from the excursion (advertised as a one hour adventure) for 15 minutes of activity. Add the poor driving service and the rudeness of the employees? Not worth it. If this was my first experience booking through Viator I would not use the service again.

It was really peaceful and quiet once you got in the air. Not as scary as I thought. Also, 10-15 minutes is enough time trust me... unless you are an extreme daredevil.
