A:The maximum height of our parasail is between 80 and 90 meters, depending on the weight supported during the flight.

A:The parasail can accommodate up to 180 kg (396 lbs) maximum, regardless of the number of people participating in the same flight (maximum 3). There is no minimum weight however, you must be big enough for the harness to fit correctly in order to fly.

Everybody was friendly. Transportation was on time to take us to dock. We were up in the sky for about 8 min and staff had photographer on boat for pictures. Pics are 35 USD which is worth it since it’s 20 plus pictures. I would recommend this activity!

After an hour long taxi...

After an hour long taxi ride we were told that it was cancelled due to high winds. I bet it would have been awesome if we could have done it.

This company is very organized and truly communicates when it comes to snorkeling- parasailing -jet skis- they are truly on point. I did the parasailing it was truly breathtaking just wish we had more than 10 minutes up in the air. They do offer you purchase the video they have a go-pro attached to the harness but I didn't get it- this is truly a must do- you'll regret it if you don't.

Alfredo our tour transport was on time and friendly lovely air conditioned vehicle. The whole crew on the boat was so entertaining and enthusiastic even though we were some of the last people of the day! The views were amazing we saw a sea turtle swimming and, yeah I cannot say enough about what a great experience this was. No pushy sales spiels, they let us take our phone to take our own photos and we had to make sure we understand they aren’t responsible if we drop our phone from the 100 meters.

Unfortunately parasailing didn't happen due to bad weather which they are concerned for everyone's safety which they contacted us right away to inform us and that they are going to give us another excursion as a replacement... hope to parasail one day

It was an incredible experience. We visited Cancun to celebrate my close friends birthday. We had been talking about parasailing for a few years, but never got around to it. Apparently, this is when it was supposed to happen. The crew was very encouraging and attentive. Once we were up in the air, we didn't want to come down. I got a couple videos on my phone while in the air. Seeing the different colors of the water, and having such an amazing view was great. We even got to see a turtle swimming below. Anyone who is nervous about doing it, just go for it! Once you've gotten up there, everything else will fade away!

Fun & Unique Experience -- Worth Doing!

What a fun and unique experience! Both my husband and I were a bit nervous about the prospect since neither of us are particularly fond of heights, but as soon as we were up in the air, we both loved it. It was amazing to see the beautiful vistas from high above the water, and it actually does feel peaceful and quiet while parasailing. My only suggestion would be to offer longer flights. We were in the air for about seven minutes, which is what is promised (5-10 minutes), but since there were only two couples on our excursion, the entire boat ride including the parasailing took less than 30 minutes, so the price felt a bit hefty for what you actually experience. Still, I'm glad we did it and were able to check it off our bucket lists!

I DO NOT recommend Parasail Cancún OR Viator. The parasail experience itself was wonderful. But the company is DISHONEST. I paid $60 cash for photos and video and was supposed to receive a link the next day. Never did. Contacted Viator and never heard back. Will not use Viator again.

The parasiling was amazing… Out your guy was so detailed and helpful. He kept our phone to record and take pictures of us going in the air and coming down… We were actually in the air more than 10 minutes(surprisingly). THE VIEW WAS AMAZING AND BREATH TAKING…… After returning to the dock we began to view our pictures and videos, until we were RUDELY interrupted by the manager rushing us to move. It was sooo disrespectful and embarrassing that I wouldn’t return because of him…… Because of him I’m only giving 4 stars…
