Crew was great and the fishing was awesome. They did a great job baiting the lines for jigging and gave great recommendations and instructions for my son and I. Will definitely repeat.

Don’t arrange transportation with them or think you will have your fish prepared

I had arranged transportation for my son and husband through the fishing company. I was also told they would have an opportunity to take fish to restaurant nearby and have fish prepared. This was not offered. The crew just took the fish. Reference the transportation. After fishing the company said they did not have my husbands name in the computer. I called using what’s app. They advised they could not find anything. I referenced them to the messages we had in what’s up. 1 1/2 hours later. A bus came to pick them up. I was definately not happy. Neither where my son and husband left at the marina by themselves.
Very poor communication but a fun outing.

Very disappointed with lack of communication even when I specifically asked the tour operator specific questions about time and meeting location. Then appare They only had one of the four of us listed to participate on their end but clearly saw amount of money paid for four and in one of the questions I specifically stated that me and my three boys are looking forward to it. Also it would be great to have known that this is not the season for great fishing. We did end up catching a few little ones but the captain told us fishing is great in June and on.

Tomas and Pepe took care of us. The seas were rough, but they tried different options trolling and bottom fishing to make sure we caught something.

Lack of communication!!

We had a terrible experience with this tour operator. I communicated with the operator via viator to see if travel could be arranged for a fee 2 days prior. They said their systems were down and would let me know. I told viator that we would get our own because I had another excursion booked the following day and would not have time to do it later. The following afternoon around 4pm I got an email stating we were being picked up by them. I quickly found a phone number and communicated with the tour operator via whatsapp. I told them I had my own transportation and just needed clarification on where and what time to meet. They took several hours to respond with the information and I could not reschedule my own transportation which ended up being an hour early. I received a message after leaving with my own transportation that the driver they had arranged had arrived to pick us up even though I told them the day before we didn't need the ride. They also never would verify the end time. The booking itself on viator had said it was a 6 hour trip but my voucher did not indicate this. It ended up only being 4 hours. Therefore the pickup time I had arranged was incorrect. We waited around for 2 hours while my driver rearranged his schedule. To make matters worse, we did not catch a single fish which I realize is always a risk. My main complaint is lack of communication with the tour operator
