    Meeting points for travelers that are in downtown hotels and airbnb's or any location that we can't reach: Cancun Meeting Point: in front of the lobby at Oasis Smart in Tulum Avenue Playa Del Carmen: Cocobongo at Playa Del Carmen Tulum: There is no pick up in any hotel or airbnb, the meeting point will be at Super Aki market main gate over in federal avenue The pick up time is set according to your location, the travelers that doesn't provide pick up location will need to get in contact with us as soon as possible, otherwise we will be not be able to provide the service

    Disappointing and misleading tour

    The description on the page is inaccurate. There is no mention of 2h drive each way and it was definitely not a sailing tour as we were on a speed boat for 30 mins max each way.

All experiences and tours that includes transportation will always have transportation time, this is displayed at the product too. There is no mention of any sailing boat anywhere in the product Asking for things that are not included in the product is not a genuine reason to ask for a refund, as you did We hope to welcome you again in a tour that you can enjoy
