I went to Cancun for the first time for my lady's birthday and she was so excited. I reviewed the reviews, contacted the operator after booking, arrived to Cancun and spoke to to representatives of the club 24 hours prior to going to the club and was told the club plays R&B music and different mixtures of dance music. The day of my lady's birthday we arrived and all they played was techno music which could be hear outside on the street we asked outside the club and it was confirmed only techno/rave music. We ended up going across the street to another club that played hip hop and r and b and had to pay 80 and asked for a reimbursement and they refused and stated they were not responsible for music or the representatives I spoke to at the resort thar represented their club. That is so wrong I get policies are created to reduce abuse, however any decent human being would have compassion when a person was mislead on an important night. This club is money hungry and don't understand why because it was crowded. I would not support this club because they value money more than doing what is right.

The club is very nice however with the Viator booking you get a $40 drink voucher. The staff will hold onto the tickets and then manipulate prices so you don’t get your$40 worth. Better to just go to the club for $20 cover and pay for the drinks.
