Excellent Shuttle Service

As advertised the company rep was waiting for us with my name displayed as we exited the terminal. I was looking for Viator whereas the shuttle was TCS (Top Cancun Shuttles). A taxi driver explained the difference and it wasn't a problem. The return trip I confirmed the day before by phone and explained instead of four we would be two passengers. The following morning the pickup was scheduled for 05:20 and the driver arrived 15+ minutes early. The return trip was uneventful. We were very pleased with the booking and the service. Everything went as planned. I would not hesitate to recommend to others.

We had delays with our flight including being stuck on the runway and airport for an hour and a half half. This made us 2 hours late from our arrival time and late in the evening. The driver stayed and was doing loops looking for is, and never left. We were appreciative of his kind service and their patience. I highly recommend them for their professionalism and price. We will use them again without hesitation.
