Pickup details

When you arrive at the Cancun airport and after collecting your luggage, you must exit through the door of transport companies and travel agencies. We will contact you by text message with contact instructions. It would be very helpful if you responded to the message informing us when you have already passed the filters so that we can ask your driver to wait for you with a lollipop with your name at the welcome bar corresponding to the terminal where your flight arrives.

Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Driver wasn't waiting at airport for us with a sign bearing my name. Very disappointing. Wasn't our fault that it took 30 minutes for luggage to come on the belt. Should have waited for us.

Dear Mr Ellis, thank you for your feedback.. as per our current procedures, when we see that our customers haven't come out of the terminal more than one hour after the plane has landed, we call the customers cellphone that are in the reservation.. as you mentioned when we finally got to talk to you, you had left the plane mode so you didn't receive any of our calls. Even when the person was not there, we had the option to call you directly to your phone. Fortunately, service was provided and an upgrade to a Mercedes granted.. thank you very much for your preference and see you tomorrow at 12 hrs at the lobby of the MargaritaVille Island Reserve.. I booked with them and I arrived and didn’t have my luxury Transportation for my birthday. I was very upset! I wasn’t able to get anyone to answer the phone. I had another guy call for me to help me and he was able to get someone. They sent me a van which I wasn’t happy about. They should have refunded me for the suv but Instead refunded the difference for the van. Good customer should have refunded me the total charge. I’m a travel agent and I will not book with them again.

We tried to get you an SUV but none was available at the time.. so we ended up offering you a regular van and the refund on the difference and the return will be provided on a SUV which you agreed to.
