Pickup details

Pickup starts at 7am, depending on your hotel location the time may change, we will contact you by email to confirm the exact pickup time and location. We pick up from major hotels in Cancun and Riviera Maya. If you hotel in not on our route we will set the closest pickup point. Make sure to book the option with transfer if you wish to have it included.

What To Expect

Head to Terminal Marítima in Cancun’s Hotel Zone and board the ‘Albatros,’ a sail-powered 70-foot (21-meter) catamaran headed for Isla Mujeres. The bar opens and the fun begins the moment you step on board. Sip tequila, rum, vodka, beer or soft drinks as you sail across the Caribbean Sea.

Your guide stops at a coral reef for the opportunity to snorkel among hundreds of colorful fish. Snap on provided snorkel gear and admire the abundant sea life while you swim in the crystalline water.

Next, you’re taken to a private beach club on Isla Mujeres, a tropical paradise of palm trees lining the sugar-white sand. After a buffet lunch and access to club facilities, spend your free time strolling downtown for some shopping. Finish your day excursion with the return sail to Cancun.

We were told to arrive at 9 am and the Catamaran sailed at 10 am... Snorkeling didn't have enough time to see under the sea sculptures... additionally, Isla Mujeres stop is short and you are not able to see that much (only 1:30 hours)

Had to email them the day before because we never got confirmation for a pick up location or any contact from the company whatsoever. After an hour of waiting after the pick up time was confirmed we had to contact them to ask where they were and they canceled the trip because the driver got into an accident. Seems sketchy or maybe they overbooked or over looked our reservation and that was the excuse. One star because I got my refund.
