If your hotel is not listed, means you need to go to a special meeting point, please let us know in which hotel are you gonna stay so a representative of our company can contact you to indicate the meeting point and pick-up time. This service has two different schedules, the first one is for a morning tour and the pick up is at: CANCUN AND PLAYA DEL CARMEN ZONE between 8:00 to 8:30 am, TULUM ZONE between 7:00 to 8:00 am. We will be arriving to the park at 9:30 am. The second is for a noon tour and the pick up is at: CANCUN AND PLAYA DEL CARMEN ZONE between 12:00 to 12:30 Pm, TULUM ZONE between 11:00 am to 12:00 pm. We will be arriving to the park at 1:30 pm. The schedules vary according to the hotel, our representative will indicate the exact pick up time via mail or via text message. For Tulum hotels and airbnbs the special meeting point will be Super Aki Tulum Supermarket at downtown. Please consider transportation times for your pick up and drop off.

We had a great time with wonderful staff

Such a great experience! Firstly, the staff was amazing. Our tour guide Mike was the best- he was friendly, informative, and very funny! Mike made sure that the entire group stayed together while we snorkeled. We snorkeled for about an hour and we mainly saw a wide variety of small fish, lots of coral reefs, and a few barracudas. They supply us with new snorkeling gear and lend us goggles and lifevests. The only thing about snorkeling is that they are very particular about following the rules of the national park, so preservation of the reef is their top priority. Do not wear sunscreen! They will make you take a shower to rub it all off. Also, the water is quite shallow and you can get really close to the reefs, which could be either a good or bad thing. The only bad part about snorkeling was that the tour group was kind of big. Our group was about 15-20 people, and we bumped into each other a lot underwater. It made it difficult to avoid bumping into the coral at times. The tequila tasting was surprisingly really good! We are not the biggest fans of tequila, but the tasting consisted of 6 different types of tequila that progressively tasted better. The shots were pretty small, but expensive local tequila was used. Also, the tasting was very informative as they explained the whole process of making tequila. The tacos were also pretty good. We had the fish tacos and you can see our view of the beach from the restaurant. We have had better tacos elsewhere, but the fish was delicious! They gave us 3 tacos each for lunch, which was just the right amount for us. Overall, a great experience that is well worth the value. Shoutout to the staff for making the experience what it was!

We loved seeing the fish and the small barracuda. It’s very sad to see that all the coral has been bleached to shades of brown. The staff was attentive and someone stays in the water with you the whole time. It was very windy yesterday and people who used other companies said they had huge waves. We were not bothered at all as the reef in Puerto Morelos is close to shore.

Great snorkeling, subpar rest

The snorkeling was excellent! The crew was great and helped our 4-year old who decided he didn't want to have his face in the water, allowing me to do some snorkeling. However, the times and waiting made me give a lower rating overall. Our shuttle got us to the shop around 9:20 am, but then we had to wait until around 10 to start heading to the boat. To get to the boat, we had to walk through chest high water, which led to us getting our towels wet. We boated/snorkeled for around an hour and a half. When we got back to shore, we ordered tacos, then went back to the shop and showered/changed. After everyone did this (took a while) we headed back to the restaurant. Only then did they start making the tacos, so it was a long wait there. After that, there was then an hour to explore the surrounding area. We would have preferred to just head back at that point, but the shuttle wasn't scheduled for an hour. We asked when/where the tequila tasting was, and this was just in a shopping area, not offered by the tour itself (even though it says it is included). The shop tried to sell us $300 bottles of tequila even though we just wanted to learn and taste. After rushing back to the shop for the shuttle, it was running very late, and we had to wait for at least 30 more minutes. The snorkeling was excellent, but I would have preferred to skip the rest of the experience.

you had to walk into the water, chest high to board the boat. not professional for the price. the boat was very crowded and if your not a strong swimmer try another tour. The lunch was good and we had time to walk around town. The reefs were not as nice as other place / islands we visited. Disappointing...the tequila tasting was very nice and informative............................................thank you for allowing me to write this

A Blast of a Time!

WOW! My boyfriend and I had such a wonderful time. The only part that we were not in favor of was the van being 35 minutes late to pick us up and the long trek back to our resort. The van picks up other people on the way to drop off at other excursions. However, the excursion itself was a blast! Our guides were very nice, very informative, and showed us the best spots! After snorkeling, we went back to get cleaned up and they offered tequila tasting. It was great hearing the history and how to find true authentic tequila. To finish off, we ate tacos that was just the perfect amount after swimming for an hour. 12/10 recommend!

The 5-6 hour adventure is actually a 1 hour adventure and the rest is on a van or sitting waiting for a van. They didn’t communicate with me about pickup times or anything and I had to contact them and Viator both for help to make sure they was coming. Was told a time to be ready or be left behind and they were 15 late for the time they told me to be ready or be left behind. The driver was nice and so was those who did the adventure but after this 1 hour adventure I was then asked to wait nearly 3 hours for a van to come back and pick me up. It’s far too hot to be sitting around waiting for a van so I decided to leave and take a taxi back to the hotel. So in other words this 5-6 hour adventure is 1 hour and the rest is waiting in the heat for a pickup or going around town as they pickup other people to join you on the adventure. The other people who went snorkeling with us came on a different van and left long before us…. They kept saying the booking said 5-6 hour adventure so it’s okay. Yes if I’m doing something fun not sitting for 2-3 hours waiting for a bus. I went on another snorkeling adventure with another company and it was beautiful and well planned and great communication. I cannot recommend these people. Horrible communication, felt like amateurs was doing it and the place we went snorkeling wasn’t nearly as beautiful and lively as the other place took us. Seek other places for snorkeling adventures…

Amazing employees and experience

Mike et Kevin were very great and nice. They made us feel welcome and safe. It was an amazing experience and they went above and beyond for us to be happy. Because we arrived early, we finished early and to not make us wait, they paid a taxi for us to go to our hotel in Isla Mujeres. It was about a 1h drive. Kevin was a very good photographer and we now have long time memories in beautiful pictures under the sea. They also had a restaurant near the place, they invited us there and the tacos were phenomenal. The view was magical. Overall, I would recommend this to anyone.

I was impressed with how well organized everything was. The tour operator was great with communication, and we received clear instructions of what to expect and how to proceed. The reef we were taken to is spectacular. One of the guides pointed out a puffer fish to me and another led us over to a large school of beautiful fish. From the guides to the office staff, everyone was friendly and super helpful. I would definitely take another tour with them.

Great trip! The hotel pick up was on time and everything was well organized. Snorkeling was amazing, even for novice. Delicious tacos in a very pleasant spot. Shuttle back to hotel was also right on time giving us plenty of time to walk around the village and still get back to our hotel for the rest of our day. This is the perfect trip if you do not want to spend all day out. Highly recommend!!

The overall experience was pleasant. The tour guides made us very comfortable and showed the reef around. Since it was a protected reef. Had to be very careful with not accidentally damaging the reef. It’s a 45-60 mins swim so be prepared for that

Great snorkeling experience

We ended up being with a group of about 15 which made it feel like we were in each others space while snorkeling but it was really cool what we were able to see. We saw a shark and stingray! The staff was super friendly but our driver ended up being late in the morning picking us up. Tacos for lunch were amazing!

The drive to the staging area was pleasant in the van. We had a lot of waiting time before going on the snorkel boat. We were able to shop there a bit before, but didn't go out on the boat for over an hour and a half. The boat and dive guides were great! Equipment was provided. I was hesitant to spend money on the photos, but it was so fun to have someone else taking pictures of my family while diving so we bought the photos (and they were instantly uploaded to our devices). The tacos at the restaurant after were AMAZING! This will be one of the highlights of our Mexico trip! Bring water and towels and clothes to change into after the snorkeling before eating at the restaurant.

Excellent Adventure

The crew was very experienced and helpful. I have to admit that I only made it halfway through the tour because the swimming part was more than I anticipated. It is a physical activity that is for people more fit than myself. However, I did enjoy the experience and left with good memories. The crew is very vigilant for the safety of the guests in the water and were very professional. They were also mindful of the problem with plastics in the ocean and asked us to not add to the problem. Due to the sensitivity of the coral, sunscreen is not permitted. GoPro cameras mounted on the head or chest are allowed but not hand-held devices. The tacos at the end of the event were very good. This event will take about half a day and it's about a 30 minute ride from Cancun. I highly recommend this activity.
