A empresa cancelou o passeio sem nenhuma comunicação em pleno primeiro de janeiro, nem o telefone que havia no voucher funcionava. Tive que pesquisar na internet outro telefone para confirmar o horario e o ponto de encontro, quando fui informado pelo funcionário Christian que a excursão ja havia saido e que se encontrava em playa del carmem(mais de 1h de Cancun), isso as 6 da manhã e o horário de saida do passeio era 6:30. Claramente uma mentira para encobrir o cancelamento do passeio. Não teria como passar em todos os hotéis de Cancun e ja estar em Playa del Carmem nessa hora. A maior prova é que solicitei que eles enviassem um veiculo para nos encontrar e nos levar ao grupo, ja que estavamos meia hora antes do horário marcado no voucher mas falaram que não poderiam fazer nada. Resultado: o passeio marcado era de dia completo, não marcamos nenhum outro e tivemos que perder um dia inteiro presos no hotel com tudo fechado por ser primeiro de janeiro. Não tivemos condições de comprar mais nenhum outro tour para o dia, os poucos taxis que haviam estavam cobrando o dobro e as lojas e restaurantes a maioria fechados. fechados. Situação revoltante e que a empresa poderia ter resolvido, mas preferiu prejudicar um cliente com passeio pago, confirmado e com o voucher em mãos.
