Flight delayed, no driver waiting

Our plane was delayed about three hours, no one was there to pick us up so another tour company was nice enough to call ours and let them know we were waiting, it took about 30 minutes for someone to show up and another 20 minutes waiting for a driver and van to come. The driver was very nice and got us safely to our hotel.

Hello, thank you for your review. The driver did not showed up earlier, but have to move from the airport cause as you may know we can not have a vehicle waiting for your flight to arrive all day. As you may noticed, the airport was crowded and waiting times may change, but we are sorry that your experience was a 2 star, we hope to improve in the future.
