It was a fascinating experience and we so enjoyed it. The tour guide/driver gave us such a wonderful narration and his knowledge was amazing. I would not hesitate to recommend this experience to anyone who is planning an Ireland vacation.

The place is very nice, you should go and enjoined, the only problem is that the tour is short and fast. This kind of tour can be ok for people that don’t want to make “to difficult” because is very easy and quite. If you want to have a real hike or just take your time is not exactly the option that I will advice you to do. But the place is very nice.

This trip was not worth the money or time spent, not due to the destination but the bus trip was so long and even though it said online we get 2 hours there we only got 1.5 hours and our driver was very sharp about it, it was super dissapoiting since that was the main reason for the trip :/ more time should be given for enjoying the incredible area of Glendalough, it was so sad we only got 20 minutes to sit by the lake..
if you can, take a bus on your own or rent a car! It would be worth it!!’

I had a wonderful time! We loved our tour bus driver. He was laid back, funny, and super nice. I enjoyed that he kept the experience simple, played Irish music throughout the drive and really encouraged us to take our time and enjoy the scenery. This was a perfect half day trip. Would absolutely do it again!

Nice clean coach. Driver was very good and informative. The walk round the lake was nice and the mountainous back drop was nice.

Beautiful scenery. Unfortunately rained for most of the time. Wasn’t as spectacular as was described, but still enjoyed it. Driver dropped us off on return quite a way from pick-up point, which thought was not good.

Well after reading the reviews we decided to give this a go.. big mistake. It comprises of a boring 1.5 drive to the lake. Once there it’s simply a visitor centre with a short walk to the lake and back and in all honestly was very poor indeed. Maybe if u live where there is no countryside u may feel diff but for me it was very disappointing. There was a kiosk with one person serving the coach loads of people so you can imagine the queue.! and then for the boring drive back. Save your money!!
