    Such a fun night!
    KADI_S, Apr 2024
We had such a fun time learning how to make tiramisu and pasta. It was delicious and Veronica was a super host. Highly recommend this class.
    Poor experience because of instructor
    Joshua_G, Apr 2024
The host, Veronica, was aggressive and seemed bothered to be hosting us. Her personality really destroyed the experience, especially when compared to other tours/experiences I’ve booked. The food was “okay” at best and it wasn’t a fun time at all. I recommend booking another class. She didn’t have an updated guest list and made it seem like our fault - for myself as a solo traveler and another couple who also wasn’t on the list.
    A Highlight of our Trip!

We met people from around the globe as we drank wine and prepared our dinner & dessert. The instructors were great and lots of fun! The food was amazing and they even gave us the recipes at the end of the evening. We’re now looking for a similar class for our next trip.
    Excellent experience

We were a family of 5 including seniors and kids less than 14. Each one of us thoroughly enjoyed and had a lot of fun. The chefs the very patient with our kids. These are one of the few memories that we are taking back home 💕💕
Fun, good food but a little unorganized.

Overall the class was fun. Pleasant instructor, great venue!! However I have two suggestions that would improve the experience. 1. Reduce class size to max of 10 The instructor was pleasant and helpful but the group was too big for her to manage. Many of us could have used help so was frustrating at times. 2. increase number of communal ingredients. There were only two shared bowls for 16 people. We were continually waiting on others before the ingredient was sent down. This was also frustrating.
    Highlight of Florence!

This class was everything we could’ve asked for and more. Just take it, it’ll be the most wonderful experience ever. Definitely made our trip to Florence!
    Wonderful family experience! Highly recommend

Our family absolutely LOVED this experience in Florence! Our 7 year old son was very excited and the chefs were amazing with him! The setting was intimate, the chefs were delightful and fun and the food was incredible! We learned to make two different types of pasta, ravioli and tagliatelle, and tiramisu. We can't wait to try the recipes at home!! Thank you for making our last night in Italy so memorable.
    Wonderful experience!

Really fun and friendly instructor, Giulia made the experience a memorable one and was fabulous with my children too. We enjoyed the class and the pasta and tiramisu were delicious.
    SOOOOO Much Fun!

This class was so much fun!! After making the pasta and tiramisu, it was cooked up, and we all ate together with vino and bread in the restaurant above. Our instructor was absolutely wonderful!!!
    Amazing experience

Our teacher was so kind and sweet! This was such an authentic class with cooking tips we can bring home. The ravioli and tiramisu were absolutely delicious! I would absolutely recommend this class to anyone traveling to Florence.
The class gets a 5 but the instructor gets a 4

So if I’m being completely honest, this experience was *mostly* fantastic. The set up was beautiful and the food we created was delicious. For the most part our instructor was quite good. She was clearly smart and an excellent cook. She was also good at what she does (in other words, she was able to impart her knowledge clearly and concisely). However, it was pretty clear that she kind of hated what she was doing. And perhaps she was just having a bad day. (It was clear that *something* had happened behind the scenes as I was asked at the last minute to change the time of our class and then the location.) So maybe she had been inconvenienced? Or maybe our group was problematic? But I really don’t think so. One young woman dropped an egg and honestly, she could barely contain her frustration. But this was someone’s vacation. And mistakes happen. And other people didn’t roll out their pasta properly. And while she kept a smile on her face the whole time, it was painfully obvious how annoyed she was. But this was a class. People were learning. That’s why they were there. Now I get it. Working with the public is frustrating. I do it myself. But when you get to the point that you can’t hide your frustration, it’s time to move on. No one wants to feel like they are annoying someone while on vacation. Especially when they are paying for the privilege of being there.
    pasta night

The instructor was very energetic, she gave us alot of help and tips and she was funny too, she made it a fun night and our food we cooked was great!
Space too small for number of participants but the food and instructor were good
    Nzali_S, Mar 2024
The sense of humor and enthusiasm of the instructor was great. Also the food was very good and enjoyable. And the class flowed very well. However, the location changed the morning of which we learned via text and the space felt a little outdated and dusty. Additionally, there was not enough space to cook for the number of participants present. It felt very cramped. The instructor needed an assistant to help her out because many of us needed support specifically during the pasta making process. I would have appreciated for the instructor to demo the pasta then we do it as we did not have a standard to know what the pasta should look or feel like. I did like how the class ended in a meal where we were served our food. I thought that was a nice touch.
A must do when visiting Florence!

Sarah was an excellent teacher and was not only informative but extremely entertaining. We had a great time and the food and experience were amazing! Would highly recommend it and would do it again.
    Narghess was the most...
    Kathleen_K, Mar 2024
Narghess was the most wonderful hostess. We laughed and learned and our food actually tasted great! Our family made so many memories, and we are excited to go home and try the recipes. I cannot recommend this enough, especially if Narghess is your hostess!
    Priceless memories made

I did this class with my teen boys (16 & 14) and they really enjoyed it! Our instructor- Amber- was very helpful and made sure we all understood each step of the process. It was so very fun to then finish the class with dinner along our new friends made in the class
