Family Cooking Class Fantastic

This class was great. Stephen was very informative about why and how something is done. We definitely plan on making ravioli once we get home. We were on a family vacation and our adult children loved it. It was one of their favorite things!!! Well worth it!

My family and I were visiting Italy for a week and really wanted to take a cooking class. When we signed up, we were unsure what to expect, but this class exceeded all expectations! Our instructors were friendly, approachable, and so encouraging. They helped us every step of the way, but gave us space for independent learning and problem solving especially with the pasta dough. They also gave great input on important topics like how to spot a good or bad gelato place. The food at the end came out so deliciously, and I left the class feeling empowered. For an added bonus, we received the recipes and a certificate of completion. I would recommend this to anyone!

Great teachers, great food! We actually made pasta!!! Can’t wait to try again when we are home. Our flight got canceled and we booked this just a few hours before. It was the perfect ending of our Florence trip.
