I booked this event only because I had to cancel another due to the weather. I am so glad I didn’t miss out! Chef Davide did an excellent job! Not only did he explain all of the ingredients and even some of the history behind the ingredients, but he had a great sense of humor. The food was amazing. The wine was amazing. The group was amazing. I later recommended this to a number of people I met during my vacation and I hope they booked this event. You can’t go wrong do it!

Making delicious pasta

We thoroughly enjoyed our pasta making class. The chef gave us good instruction, answered our questions, and shared with us some of his personal experiences and background. The facility was nice and centrally located. We enjoyed sipping wine while learning techniques and in the end we all ate several delicious pasta dishes!

Best Dinner in Florence—and WE Made It!

Chef Marco was such a great instructor and very funny and entertaining in the process! He made learning so much fun and really taught us a lot. The class is very hands-on and the 3 pastas we made were absolutely delicious when paired with the 3 different sauces we were taught. Honestly, it was the best dinner we had in our week in Florence so far—and that says a lot because the restaurants here are amazing! We loved all the wines served as well and the unexpected gift of being able to take our aprons home. Highly recommend!

We made 3 different pastas and 3 different sauces. All were great and we had an excellent teacher that let us keep our aprons. Oh yeah, they included unlimited wine too.

This was my first cooking class for my husbands birthday making fresh pasta and it was amazing! We learned how to make 3 types of pastas, others in the class were great, a few also had a chance to cook a bit with the chef, had some wine to pair with our meal as well! The chef was funny and very knowledgeable about the techniques and how to created the base sauce for each pasta dish! Highly recommended!!

I enjoyed the interaction with the chef and participants. The chef was funny and knowledgeable! We cooked, laughed and drank wine. It was like we were in Nonna’s kitchen.

We love this cooking class so much! It was the perfect blend of cooking demonstration, hands-on, learning, and socializing with others. The food was the best we had in Italy and loved learning how to make and cut the noodles ourselves. Our family had the best time… such a wonderful memory!

This is a must do experience which is great for the whole family.

Was way more than we expected. The instructor/chef was precise in his instructions all the while making it fun. There were 14 in the class to his 1. In the end we got to eat…and I mean eat all the pasta we made (3 different types) to his deliciously 3 types of sauces. All of which, with his instruction we could make and I will for sure! Highly recommend. Be prepared to work and love every minute of it!

Really great wine and atmosphere to accompany the wonderful educational experience. Chef Michele answered all of our nerdy, detailed questions with extremely knowledgeable answers- always with a laugh and a smile. As will come at no surprise, the recipes we learned were incredible.
