This was one of our favorite experiences in Italy! Antonella and Paolo were incredible hosts and they have a beautiful home overlooking the countryside. We would highly recommend this class to anyone traveling to Florence - our meal was absolutely amazing! We look forward to coming back to Florence and visiting with Antonella and Paolo soon!

An Experience You Won’t Forget!

Such an amazing time! The villa we went to was absolutely beautiful. The company was great. And the cooking so fun. Eduardo was such a great teacher and patient and so kind. Made some lifetime friends. Learning to make pasta was so fun and loved the freshness. Such great food and wine! We loved it so much we definitely want to come back and even stay at the villa which is a true BNB as well. I recommend this tour highly! You won’t be disappointed!

Highlight of our Italian vacation

This was the highlight of our visit to Tuscany. We were picked up in downtown Florence, then taken to a beautiful, rustic villa with unbelievable views of Tuscany. There were three of us in our class, which was great. Antoinella taught us to make zucchini soufflé, pasta with tomato sauce, chicken with balsamic glaze and biscotti. Everything was fabulous! I would highly recommend this class. I know it is probably more expensive than other classes, but for what is offered, it is worth every penny!

Spectacular Experience in the Tuscan Hills!

We had a wonderful day with Antonella and Paolo! They warmly welcomed us into their beautiful home and put together a fantastic Tuscan menu that allowed us to learn many cooking techniques. Antonella’s demonstration and instructions familiarized us with how the dishes should look and feel during the preparation, which is difficult to learn from a cookbook. We prepared dishes for a four course menu, including learning to make pasta and Florentine biscotti, which is much more than is offered by other cooking courses. This was a very fun, informative, not to mention filling day!! Highly recommended!!

Antonella, Paolo and Manuela were simple amazing. I took my family and mother in an Italian vacation to visit our Italian root, and asked my mother what she wanted to do. And the first thing she said was a cooking class. And boy did they not let her down. Amazing villa. Amazing hosts. Amazing food what an experience from start to finish in the countryside of Florence. (In the hills!)

What an incredible experience we had with Antonella and Paolo! My husband and I were the only ones in attendance. Antonella shared her fantastic recipes with us, and we were involved with the preparation of the entire menu. The food was fantastic! Their beautiful Tuscan home had spectacular views, and was just charming. We were able to eat on the terrace overlooking Florence. Definitely a highlight of our trip. I would not hesitate to book this experience, and I would definitely book again with Antonella and Paolo in the future!

This was amazing. I was blown away simply by the house and countryside. The owners were kind and the chef was so patient and accommodating. He always demonstrated and then let us all take turns with the task. I learned so much and can’t wait to make the recipes at home! It was so relaxing. This experience was truly the highlight of our trip to Italy! To start of, the property is beautiful and has outstanding views of the Tuscan countryside. The cooking class was entertaining and we learned many cooking tips in a relaxed environment with Antonella and Manuela patiently instructing us. Afterwards we sat down to eat the delicious 4 course meal we had just helped prepare. The coffee, wine and limoncello were superb. We lost track of time as we became fully immersed in the tranquil ambience of this Tuscan experience. We recommend it without reservations.

This cooking class was such a wonderful experience and a real highlight of our trip. Antonella and Manuela were so inviting and personable and great with explaining everything. They planned a menu highlighting Tuscan cuisine and seasonal ingredients at their beautiful B&B in the hills just outside Florence. There’s Culinary Magic in the Hills Over Florence

When you combine the most gracious hostesses in Tuscany with their exceptional talent for teaching Italian cooking techniques you end up having magical culinary moments. The location is high above the bustling city of Florence with panoramic views of the rolling Tuscan countryside. The class is held in a beautiful villa and the food we prepared was accomplished out on their italianesque terrace and cooked in their petite kitchen. This is not an immersion cooking class but rather a casual food preparation and general education experience. We were chauffeured to and from the villa from Florence for a 20 minute ride. Having attended crowded classes in Rome and elsewhere in restaurants and in a chef’s apartment this was a delightful change of pace. We left Florence at 10 a.m. and returned at 5 p.m. Our artichoke soufflé was sublime; the pasta dish was unique and oh so delicious. Our chicken dish was yummy (my best term of art). We are so pleased to have selected this cooking class out of the score we considered. There were only 4 guests when we attended and it felt like a family experience.

The entire experience was very pleasant and will be a great memory with us for a long time! Antonella, Paolo and Manuela did a great job setting up and explaining each dish. The view of the landscape, mountains etc. were impressive! The house was beautiful! It was like we were cooking at a friends house!

Relaxing afternoon in the country

We were warmly greeted by Antonella and Paola, shown around the property (beautiful), and invited in for a coffee. Then the cooking began! Our menu consisted of a zucchini soufflé, tagliatelle and sauce, roast beef (in sauce), and biscotti…all delicious! Antonella led us with great instructions. My favorite (if I had to choose) was the candied orange and fig biscotti. They were the perfect ending to the meal, especially when dipped in the dessert wine! Another coffee topped it off before heading back into town. Thank you so much! My daughter and I enjoyed it immensely, and we hope to see you again! Give the pups a rub behind the ears for us!

A tremendous way to create memories and share time together cooking while taking in amazing views. Antonella is a patient, kind instructor with authentic, delicious seasonal recipes. Everyone was involved, even our two young adult children. Everyone was so full by the end. Her husband Paulo picked us up in downtown Florence and made the day easy and convenient. Antonella & Paolo were wonderful, gracious hosts and great teachers. We were picked up in Florence and driven to the Tuscan countryside and their beautiful home. The setting was tranquil and idyllic. We would have loved to spend a few more days in their picturesque Bed & Breakfast. We began the cooking class with a cool drink and proceeded to make a four course meal with relative ease. Being in the home of Antonella and Paolo, we felt a part of their family. The cooking experience was so well done. We participated in all aspects of the food making, the pasta making was especially fun. We ate dinner on the patio, enjoying the delicious food while looking at the breathtaking views in a relaxed atmosphere which made for a most pleasant experience. This is a must do experience while in Florence. Thank you Antonella and Paolo
