Absolutely amazing! We learned so much and plan to take our new techniques home to share with family and friends. The food was delicious and we had enough for lunch the next day. It was a highlight of our trip and it far exceeded our expectations!

Having Alexandra come to our Villa and teaches how to cook was a wonderful experience, like having a family member join you, including sharing her Grandma’s secret pasta making techniques. We all had a great time working together to make the meal, Alexandra was a great teacher and very patient and helpful. The food was fabulous and she made the evening comfortable and fun for all of us! We highly recommend her and will have her teach us and cook for us the next time we are in Tuscany.
