Great e-bike tour with our guide Alexia. She was very friendly, took great care of us and gave us a nice tour around Florence. It was even manageable for the less fit members of our group. Lunch, wine tasting and olive oil production tour was very informative and delicious. We would definitely do it again. Highly recommend.

Magical Tuscany Ride

Stefanie our guide was fantastic. She knew the routes, great stops, lunch was fabulous and oil tasting was a blast. A great way to see the Tuscan countryside and smell the flowers in bloom.
Fun but challenging time in Tuscany
Joey_H, Oct 2023
This was a great tour overall, and our guide Stefi was amazing. The hills are definitely difficult but manageable. The e-assist on my bike was acting up a bit so I had a bit of a struggle but the pace is not rushed & there’s lot of time for photos, coffee & food.

This trip was definitely worth it. We had a lovely time. Our guide, Carlotta, was amazing. E-bikes make the trip very easy, even for inexperienced riders.
Tuscan Views!
Yolanda_P, Sep 2023
Absolutely stunning views! Steph was great! She lead us around the sights with ease. She was informative & kind. A superb tour guide. Having the e-bike was great for the Tuscan hills. The views were incredible. We stopped at a kiln & then to the vineyard where we sampled olive oils & several Chiantis. We’re were lucky to have Giovanna (a sommelier) explain how to taste wines like the pros! She was a delight with an enthusiastic personality. It was a true pleasure to have taken this tour.
Tuscany Bike Tour

This was one of the highlights of our 10 day trip to Italy! If you are an active person and like being outside, you will love this! The landscape is everything you have seen in the pictures of Tuscany. If you are a novice bike rider or not in shape, you might have a hard time as it was very rigorous (for a 53 year old woman in fair/good shape). You can ride in the van if it gets to hard. The hills are very challenging! The meal afterwards was farm-fresh and absolutely delicious!
Bike Tour and Wine
Ron_W, Nov 2019
The Tuscany Bike Tour from Florence was fun. The shuttle bus took us to a location where we picked up our bikes and helmets. From here we left with our guide. The majority of the trip on was paved roads. There were some hills along the way, but the guide always waited for us. Toward the end of our trip, we did some off road trails to get to the winery. These trails were a little challenging as some of them were washed out. You always had the option to walk your bike, or hop in the van before the off road trails began. The wine tour was interesting. The snacks and countryside were wonderful. A short trip back into town for wine tasting and a delicious meal.
An amazing way to see beautiful Tuscany
Voyager05937834475, Jun 2019
Despite it being 42 degrees, we had an amazing time on this bike ride through Tuscany. The actual ride is just a couple of hours, with the van helping to get you to on additional winery. The guides were helpful and friendly and shared lots of knowledge about Tuscany and wine. A great way to see Italy! Just a note, there is a section of the ride that's about 15 minutes of gradual uphill cycling, as well as about 15 minutes of off-road biking over rocks.
Tuscany Bike and Vineyard Tour from Florence
Wander61861105262, Jun 2019
My family of 4 were looking forward for a day outside of Florence in Tuscany. It was beautiful and the Vineyard tour was amazing. We did have a great time. We wish we knew the biking was more OFF road on rock paths vs on road or grass/gravel paths!! FYI, The Bikes were run down.and 3 bikes on our tour had problems breaking down. One bike could not be fixed in the field so it was taken away in the van with my husband! The water bottles were used and not new so bring your own!. We still had lots of fun but my husband was in the van more than on his bike, Bummer

Good trip, I was expecting to see more than one vineyard but it was only one The food at the end was good, nothing exceptional. The road was easy, with few stops to take some pictures.

This experience was well worth the money. We landed up being the only people on this tour which made it even better. The weather was amazing and our guide was very knowledgeable. The wine and the food were amazing!!! The views spectacular.

Great guide called Johnny. Lovely to see the countryside from a bicycle enthusiast who had lots of local knowledge. Loved the explanation of the wines and food. My only recommendation would be that the bicycles could have more comfortable seats.

Really disappointed by this tour. Bike issues - tires not inflated, brakes not adjusted. Route was rough road or busy road - could have been much better given the options in Tuscany. A few people wouldn't ride on the busy road because they were uncomfortable. The guide got in the van because she didn't want to do the uphill. Lunch was OK but not exceptional. Sorry to say - I can't recommend this trip.

Great tour with Olimpia as our knowledgeable and friendly tour guide! She was extremely helpful and friendly, and did not judge us when we were struggling up some hills hahaha. The tour was just slightly strenuous but it felt good to be active. The tour of the vineyard/winery was interesting and beautiful. The buffet lunch that followed the bike tour was delicious. Thank you for a great day, Olimpia!

My husband and I agree that this was the best tour on out three-week trip. The day started out rainy, so we weren't even sure the tour would happen, but the clouds cleared and it turned out to be a beautiful October day. Daniel, our guide, was wonderful and really knew a lot about Tuscan wine. This is not an easy bike ride. There are some killer hills and some pretty gnarly gravel roads, but it's not dangerous if you're smart and it's totally worth the effort. My husband and I are in our 50s and even with his very bad knee, we never had to resort to the sag wagon. The countryside is absolutely gorgeous and the wine tasting and lunch at the end were superb. We took wine home with us. Highly, highly recommend.

Guide Leo great. Great scenery and lunch. Beware the tour is strenuous- long uphill riding although no pressure on slowies to keep up Much is on roads with cars and some bikes in less than perfect order.

Tour guide (Leo) was knowledgeable and friendly. Such a great way to soak in Tuscany. I really enjoyed having the option to bike up the challenging hills, but the van is there to jump into if your legs are toast. Great trip, highly recommend.

The bike tour was fun BUT very difficult climbs on Tuscany. Not an easy carefree ride as described. We also were unaccounted for on the return trip. The whole experience was fun but a bit unorganized. Mario made up for it at the main office which we appreciated very much.

A great day out in the country! I suggest if you want to ride and have fun pay the extra for the electric bike! Money well spent! The five hills are big but with my electric bike a breeze. All the others had normal bikes although excellent as well most wished they had taken the electric choice. The scenery is fantastic and the food/wine a welcome finish awaiting. Awesome day out.
